Cute House but not good for families w/ kids or multiple couples
This was a cute house and decorated really well. The neighborhood was ok and neighbors were friendly. We did have some issues with the listing though.
It was listed as a two bedroom and clearly was not. We arrived late on Friday at around midnight. We found the main bedroom with ease. After I put my stuff in the bedroom, I heard my kids complaining about where they were going to sleep. I walked into the living room and found a day bed and a couch. I then searched the house for the second bedroom and could not find one. With it being so late I got the kids settled into the day bed and couch. In the morning my 11 year old who slept on the couch was complaining about how bad he slept. When I messaged the host about the second bedroom I was told the listing was clear. It was not. The second bedroom was the living room. I checked zillow and the house is listed as a 1 bed 1 bathroom house. If I was traveling with another couple I would have been super upset to have the living room as my bedroom. We made due for the kids, but we did not get what we paid for here.
Another issue we had with the listing was the listing said it had a hot tub. There was no hot tub on the property. I am not sure if the bath tub was to be considered a hot tub or not...
Overall, if it was just me and my wife staying we would stay here again. However, if you are traveling with kids or another couple I would not book this place.
