Great stay with in a very developed area. I conducted a two-day workshop and the staff was very helpful. All of the AV equipment was there and ready. The staff was very knowledgeable and ready to help.

I called the hotel to make the reservation and let them know we would be arriving late from a long drive out of state. We received a friendly and professional welcome from JoJo at the front desk who upgraded us to a suite. The suite was large: The door opened into the living room that contained a sofa, chair, coffee table, desk with chair and credenza with a flat screen tv on top. The hall contained the kitchenette, a double closet with sliding mirrored doors and the bathroom. The bathroom had a tub with a regular shower head and shower curtain. The shower pressure was not very strong but it was adequate. Beyond the hall was the bedroom which had a dresser with a flat screen tv on top, a King bed and nightstands. There were black-out curtains behind the regular curtains to block out the light. I didn't notice any dust or grime on anything that was missed by housekeeping. The suite smelled clean and fresh. When the air conditioner was running, the furnace made loud clunking noises behind the bedroom wall. There were a lot of hotels in this area, but I booked this one because it was rated #1 on Tripadvisor. Across the street there is a grocery store and some shops and around the corner to the right there are a couple of car washes. We ate the breakfast buffet in the dining room the first morning. It was $4 if you paid full price on the room and $11.95 if you used a discount. We had a AAA discount and even though I had a Hilton Honors card, we had to pay full price for our meals. It was a more organized and elegant buffet than the usual chain hotel breakfasts though. The waitstaff were all in uniform and the tables were covered with white tablecloths, had table settings and fresh flowers. The long buffet table (with a white ruffled tablecloth) had several full-sized chafers that contained bacon, sausage and potatoes. There was also the regular pantry area near the chef who created gluten-free options, made-to-order eggs, french toast, etc. Once you sat down, you were served so you didn't have to get back up again. It was a relaxing and delicious breakfast. All of the staff we encountered were polite, professional and accommodating, just as you would expect from any hotel or motel where you are spending your hard-earned money. We felt appreciated as customers and are glad we are Hilton Honors Members. This area is a short drive from Alexandria Bay and the Thousand Islands touring area. We recommend this hotel for its clean, comfortable hotel suites and common areas.

My wife and I choose the Hilton to stay when we have our date nights in Watertown. It is a 30 minute drive to our house from Watertown so the convenience of staying there with the bar is above what really allows this night to work.

Very nicely appointed hotel. Very friendly, extremely clean and accommodating. Not noisy at all and super centrally located to much in the North Country. Breakfast in the morning is available, not included but many choices and efficient. Wish there were more seating options on the outside patio area as it would be great to sit out and have a drink in the evening. Very limited number of chairs and tables. We will Definately stay here again.

This is one of the best HILTON properties I’ve stayed at! Service- GREAT employees! Leslie at the front desk is always there, answers questions and serves the residents Bar- Marguerite- Nothing short of awesome Weight room- NICE! All machines work Restaurant- Great food for a fair price. I think it was Barbara that made our dinner pleasant Breakfast staff- Nice, attentive, GREAT made to order eggs. We’ll be back!

A huge shout-out the Hilton Garden Inn Watertown for its exceptional staff and lovely accommodations. My husband and I - along with the other couple we were traveling with - were beyond satisfied with our experience at this hotel. The staff went the extra mile (and then some), while we also enjoyed very good dining for both dinner and breakfast. Well done HGI - we will be back!

Great place to stay. Immaculately clean. The Breakfast was superb. Good value for the stay too! We were here for a 50th Wedding Anniversary party and they reserved a block of rooms. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved this hotel for a cross border shopping trip. It's directly across the road from the Salmon Run Mall. Great location and hotel room and facilities were excellent. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Will be back for sure.

Very nice stay. Staff was superb. Service at dinner was outstanding. Breakfast was very good too. Room was very comfortable but noisy. The interstate highway ran very close to our side of the hotel. We had the noisy trucks all night,.

Great hotel, staff were all pleasant and accommodating, will be staying again very soon. Very clean, rooms were nice and big with a lot of space, location was very convenient to the center of the city, great parking.
