Hampton Inns are my favorite place to stay on the road. The Watertown location was scrupulously clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the breakfast most mornings and found the variety offered very good. The staff was friendly and engaging! Kudos to Jim at the Front Desk for being so welcoming and pleasant when we arrived. The room was quiet and restful. The bedding was firm and comfortable.

The staff member at the front desk wasn't very friendly. Not pleased that they don't service the room every day. The mattress was a bit lumpy and the pillow not fluffy enough. The room was clean, though and the included breakfast was very good.
