Shower curtain rod was loose and tilted, causing the curtain to drift away from the edges of the shower. We were in an ADA room for no reason. Plumbing fixtures were loose and awkward. Also, carpeting was ripped out from under the beds??

Our room was dirty. We had hair all over our bathroom, our chair had a weird stain on it and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff was nice but they definitely didn’t clean our room. I am not one to complain but next year we will be booking somewhere else. Outside was beautiful and clean. The two men at the desk were wonderful to us. We loved them and Breakfast was good but Pool cut my son foot in the shallow end and the gross rooms it’s not a place I would recommend.

The location is convenient being right off I_81 near gas, food, and Walmart. It was very quiet and clean. An excellent Hampton experience. Microwave, frig, breakfast, and fitness center.
