I normally love staying at this hotel. The last two times tho the pool was really dirty and the hot tub did not work. They don't tell you this when checking in. The rooms are really nice tho. Staff besides not informing you on the pool and hot tub is really nice.
Very comfortable beds, AC worked great. Refrigerator nice and cold. Excellent shower. However very annoying sound from the bathroom fan, only one switch for both the light and the fan, so no light without the horrible sound. Other than that, a very comfortable hotel. Would stay here again!!

We had never stayed here before but will next time we travel thru St Joe, Mo. hotel was clean, bed slept very well, room and bathroom were clean and updated. We loved the decor😊
Bedding and towels smell good, as do the hallways and rooms.
Overall everything was great. Pool was amazing, staff was all extremely friendly, breakfast was spot on! Our only complaint was the family room we booed. The wallpaper was tearing off of a few walls and there was food splatters on the wall along the table areas. And we did find 3 cockroaches in our room! We found the first one and took it down to the front desk then we found a baby one and after talking to the front desk and figuring it out we opened the fridge later on and found a huge one crawling around :( They did provide a free room for the incident but they were sadly fully booked so we had to stay in the same room since we couldn’t leave at 1030pm to find another hotel. Overall the staff tried their best to help and we appreciate how quick they were to apologize and try to make things right! I’m just leaving this comment to be informative on the situation since it’s most likely just a cleanliness issue.
This place is always one of my favorite places to stay when I come to town to visit friends. Beautiful hotel
