Property was a joke! They put me in a room no tv no nothing Eletric heater! They moved me into another room no power cord to tv no bed had been slept in horrible all around place

The images and amenities on the site do NOT reflect the physical appearance and condition of this motel at all! The parking lot is torn up with chunks of loose concrete and huge pot holes, all the rooms have a very pungent cigarette smoke odor (so strong it caused me to get a migraine). The cleanliness of the outside is 4/10 (there were used condoms stuck to the hand rails on the exterior stairs), inside is at most a 3/10. None of the outlets worked on one wall so I could not use my lap top at the desk or enjoy the TV/cable internet. Only one light in the main room area worked, and the beds were absolutely horrid - mattress covered in multi-colored stains with some dark red ones (possibly blood), they were also covered in crumbs/dander, hair, and insect excrement. No protective mattress cover either, so all you had was one very thin fitted sheet separating you from direct contact with all the potential bio hazards that have been collected from all the previous guests over the last 10 years. Being a single female traveler I also did not like that the entry doors only had one hinge lock, the second lock was a dead bolt but was missing components that wouldn’t allow it to lock in (I feel this is a huge safety concern, especially when the rooms are street walk-up). The bathroom door also had a large hole right in the middle and shower, sink were not cleaned and had tons of mold build up.

Worst hotel experience in awhile, my mattress was covered in pee and blood stains, said microwave in room didnt have a microwave, the bath tub wasnt rinsed out had soap scum and hair in it, and the faucett was loose, there was so much rocksalt on the sidewalks that there was no way of keeping it from getting all over the room. Just a overall trrrible experience. The people above me sounded as if they were fighting for two days straight banging and cussing, nothing was done ab it. Zero stars

Room with microwave and fridge didn't have a microwave or fridge when site said it would some of the staff was rude and the outside of the building had holes tv didn't have a remote and couldn't connect to WiFi overall I wasn't impressed with the Motel

Absolutely NO TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHS IN ROOM. Very limited ones available in all of hotel. Did not get the non smoking or size bed I booked. Will not be back. Service at the desk was being bombarded by another customer and did her best taking care of me.

Failed to tell us when I checked in that the heat was not working in the room. Would not allow me to change rooms, or allow a refund. Front desk lady was super rude. Never offered extra blankets or anything. And failed to mention that the TV didn't work as well. There was black women's hair all over the bathtub. Furious!!!

Door locks not secure; location unsafe

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the facility was unsafe. Even the newly "renovated" rooms had poorly fitting door locks. Light and cold poured in. Given the mostly empty building with one side out of view of anyone, room security was particularly important. I left to find a different hotel. I notified the company, but they didn't even offer me a refund. Terrible experience

Absolutely the worst place I've ever tried to stay. I didn't even stay, but staff said she couldn't refund my money. I booked king size bed but one room, the tv didn't work. The second room, no toilet seat. The third room had no water pressure. Then I was given a room with 2 queen beds and it was disgusting. Floors were rotting, holes in the wall and room smelled like mildew. I sat on bed and light fixture fell off wall and hit me in the head. I complained and asked for money back but was told all she could do was move my room. The next room was better, but floor was rotting in there too. I just left and got a room 4 miles away at a different motel.

The room had new paint and floor but the room felt dirty. The tv didn’t work and the heater was very loud. The sign to the motel wasn’t lit so it wasn’t easy to find. However, the clerk, Regina was very friendly and made checking in easy.
