My wife and I stayed here recently it was a very comfortable room, there was a little construction in the hall but the room is very clean very nice could not ask for more. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and well cared for. Will stay here again.
I really didn't know what to think when I finally found America's Best Inn. It was hidden back behind the Dairy Queen right next to a funeral home. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't get over the fact though that the rooms were all in the midst of being remodeled. I had number 102 and didn't like the fact that the window was ground level. They had nice toiletry products and the bed was perfect. I had a good night sleep there. It was interesting that there was four locks on the door so I made sure they were all latched. For a one night stay for Less Than $55 it was quite adequate and the shower and water pressure was good. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast the next morning but a couple was out in the lobby enjoying it.
We have been staying at this motel from 2 nights to 5 nights at each stay for the past three years some times as many as 3 times a year and have never been disappointed with the clean the rooms and friendly owners and staff have always been.
The woman who runs this hotel is friendly and kind. She was a great help to me I was on the road crossing the country and looking for a nice pet friendly hotel and it was just what we needed. The hotel was clean, quiet, and you could tell she is working to continually improve it. I would definitely stay here again.
Large Room with comfy king bed. This low price hotel was easy to find and easy to locate centrally located nearby the highway. Easy to book through Trip Advisor. Great price was pretty cheap but no changes and no refund for this room.
Great spot to stay at if you're looking for an affordable option that's clean, quiet, and easy to find right of the roadway. We just wanted a place to crash for the night outside of KC on our way north. We arrived late and had to dial the lobby phone to check in; the manager responded right away and was very efficient and great about explaining the limited hotel amenities. The hotel isn't the newest, but the AC, mini fridge, and microwave all worked well and the room was clean. It definitely wasn't fancy, but it was more than we expected for $50-60 per night. Breakfast ran from 6-9 and included mini muffins, mini cinnamon rolls, biscuits and sausage gravy, a few types of cereal, waffles, and two types of juice. Overall a great bargain when passing through!
First time staying at America's Best in Cameron and am so thankful I did! All travel accommodations should be this nice and professionally run. The rooms are nicer than any I have stayed in recently! (At any price) Awesome beds, beautifully furnished, professionally run. The best money you can spend on lodging anywhere in the area.
I checked in but didn't like what I saw. I came back about 1/2 hour later and l left the key. While checking in the extermanator man was there to spray for bugs. Decided I didn't want to be there. I drove to another hotel. I never went to the room.
Clean rooms but need a lot of updating. Felt uncomfortable with locals that stay there. Parking is small and not much of a breakfast. Will not stop again! Seems more like apartment complex than hotel. Not a very good area off highways
We stayed here overnight on our way home from Colorado Springs. The room was as pictured. It was odd though, the furniture was new, flat screen TV, microwave and frig were all nice and new but the room itself was kind of crummy. There was a big tear in the old carpeting and the room had been spackled but not re-painted. It seems the paint and carpeting should have been renewed prior to the furniture. The beds and linens were more comfortable than the Drury in CO we had vacationed at for twice the price, It was quiet and clean enough. The breakfast was adequate and the staff friendly. The parking lot is too small. We left for dinner and returned to a full lot and had to park next door where it was clearly posted that we could be towed. We were able to move our car in the morning into the hotel lot. For what we paid it was fine for an overnight.
