I booked the room quickly about 30 minutes away, didnt realize smoking allowed in rooms in missouri. They gave me a non smoking roomafter I checked in since someone cancelled late. I appreciated the extra customer service.

Room was not good, dingy and unclean looking with plastered over holes and boards over larger one by bed. Bathroom and shower so gross looking we did not shower, towels yellowish in color, had to turn water on at toilet to use it. Someone came up to us and asked for cigarettes, weed or money as soon as we were going into the room co the night.

Musty, smelly room reminded us of a basement. Fridge wasn’t even on. “Recently remodeled” was the description but it has peeling walls and deteriorating ceilings, a tiny TV, shabby furniture, rusted light fixture, rusted (and empty) tissue holder, dirty windows, stiff, yellowed towels and linens, and I can see why the reservation was nonrefundable. Nobody would stay here unless forced. We checked for bedbugs first thing. The toilet would not flush unless we held the handle down. This hotel is positively dreadful. We didn’t even use the shower because we were so grossed out. Never, ever again. I don’t even know how Choice Hotels justifies keeping its branding on this place. Staff is not friendly and required me to fill out everything I entered online onto a triplicate form, and nobody was at the desk at all for checkout. We just laid the key on the counter with the other five already there. I’m super disappointed in Expedia for even listing this dump. Steer clear. We found nothing good beyond the ample parking, and now we know why.

Basic economy hotel fit my needs

This property met my needs. It was a little run down and in need of some remodeling, and there was seldom anyone at the front desk,vso you had to call operator to page them. The self-service breakfast nook was good and the rooms clean and comfortable. I was seeking value, not luxury, and this fit my needs.

Good basic hotel

This is a nor frills hotel. The desk person was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but there was not any added comforts. This is a good, clean place to sleep - nothing more than that. Very economical. Just shampoo ad one soap - nothing extra.
