Unexpectedly disappointed!

The check-in was frustrating, as we came in late and they did not have the two rooms that we booked, only one. The hallways needed to be vacuumed and were dirty. The lady operating the breakfast was amazing, but needed more help to keep up. The hotel seemed severely understaffed!

Overall the hotel is good but after arriving from 15 hours of flights very late only wanting to sleep the management tried to scam me into paying for two nights upfront as the did not process Expedias cancellation of second night and luckily my bank would not process the transaction after an hour they finally admitted to their mistake but I am done with this hotel.
