We usually never have an issue when we stay here but this time the room we ended up in was not as clean as usual. The shower had smudges all over the wall, it looked really bad. I wouldn't put my child in there to shower, I did my best to just avoid the wall. Staff were hard to reach, I get they are busy but I waited over an hour for a call back as I couldn't connect to wifi. When I finally called again I was quickly given an access code, why was that not given to me the first time I called? ... They no longer offer trays in the dining area which makes our stay difficult. We have a child with autism and we are unable to sit in the dining area so we normally bring it to our room. Pretty hard to do yourself, as my fiance had to stay with our child. So I had to pile up one plate for the two of us (while putting the extra plate underneath) while also trying to juggle an apple and a bowl of fruit loops for my child, put the cutlery in a napkin and in my pocket. I don't understand why they removed the trays, we always bring out dishes down and this time as we were leaving our room house keeping offered to take them for us. Pretty disappointed with that change as it makes this hotel less accessible for us and they do not offer any room service. I would love for management to try to rectify this issue and bring back the trays as this is usually our favourite spot to stay. We also had no pillows or blanket in our room for the pull out sofa.

We stayed here with my daughter and some friends. The check in desk was so helpful and friendly. We needed extra towels and they were delivered in literally 2 minuets. Kiddos had fun in the pool. Beds were comfortable and we used the pull out couch as well. Thank-you we will return!!

Wonderful hot breakfast! Staff were amazingly friendly and even remembered my name as I walked in each day!! Rooms were clean and certainly not outdated. Pool was warm. Laundry facilities were clean and reasonably priced. Only issue was walls and doors didn’t seem to block sounds from other rooms and hallway. No issues as no “loud” people, but not a conversation can be missed from the hall.
