Our room was right on the water and was very clean! The beds and pillows were more comfortable and the room was cleaner and more updated than a similar room at a resort down the street. We didn’t use the pool. There is no beach outside the rooms - it’s a lakefront with a wall. You can hear the water if your sliding door is open (we were in a room right on the water - most of the rooms are). There’s a nice little porch with chairs. The breakfast area was a bit tight and the only hot things were waffles and toast/bagels, but you could make oatmeal from packets. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We would stay there again if looking for a waterfront, very clean room. Property is no frills but we only slept there anyway. The shuttle to the ferry is quick and comes to this hotel for free. There’s a good coffee shop within walking distance.

Room and spa tub in room were very clean. Water pressure was good and very hot water but shower was made for very short people. Basic continental breakfast plus waffles.
