Charming, clean and so convenient to all of Old Town. A great house with everything we needed, so nice to have dedicated parking. Blake has everything organized and labeled making the stay in a house that we were not familiar with easy. Thank you and looking forward to our next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Very clean, updated and close to everything. Loved that there was parking. Owner was responsive and in a quick, timely manner. Should we return, we would definitely stay here again.

I’ll give this property and host a 5 out of 5 star rating, if it had a front porch swing it would be a 6 out of 5 star rating. Walkable, close to everything, mellow mushroom pizza was GREAT

This is an excellent cottage—a home-away-from-home. Comfortable, beautiful, clean, safe with all necessary amnesties. Easy walk to downtown. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Owner, Blake, is very responsive & helpful. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

The cottage was/is perfect for our needs. So, so comfortable… physically, and Great location. You fully intend to stay there every time we go to Saint Augustine. Blake is an outstanding host. Very attentive.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The house was spotless and so well organized. Blake was a pleasure to deal with and answered any and all questions.The house is just so comfortable and well appointed. We would absolutely stay here again. This one is a gem!!!

We had the best stay! Blake is a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything is truly walkable and the location of the cottage just can’t be beat! We would stay at another of Blake’s properties in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
