Front desk lady was awesome and friendly. The room was almost good, except the toilet doesn’t work properly. It should be fixed so it fills with water faster

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We left Maine in a snow storm and arrived at Beachers' to warm, sunny Paradise! Our suite was immaculate and filled with conveniences, the view of the beach (sunrise!!) spectacular, and the staff friendly and helpful. We loved walking on the beach and relaxing by the pool. Can also recommend the ice cream place right across the street. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We'll definitely be back next year.

Not great.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed here in the past. This time was surprised. The photo looked nothing like the unit. It was so crowded with over-sized furniture. Couldn’t move chairs out from table! Silly hutch clearly stuck here from somebody’s house. One towel per person. One sample size soap bar. Multiple minor repairs needed. Nothing major just lack of attention. We chose to leave. The lady handling the exit was clearly mad and definitely severed any future business. I guess times are hard, but....

Stay away from this rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Defumidifer constantly needs to be emptying, TV had no local channels and was told owner did not want to upgrade, condo needs updating, electrical cords from TV just hanging, vertical blinds for sliding door broken, toaster wire broken, door hard to lock -- had to slam door to secure, patio chairs very uncomfortable -- had to ask for some from office, beach view very good, staff cleaning replacement of towels very good. Check in good, ask staff about TV channels but no help in solving problem -- got only streaming of old programs. Will not return to this location. Prictures of rental property deceiving.

Bleachers Lodge 325

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well decorated. The ocean view was amazing. The staff was helpful and and friendly. Our only complaint is the shower. It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the water. It was either very hot or cold. The handle was difficult to turn. It took about 5 min for the water to get hot and then it was too hot to shower. Turning it to a comfortable temp lasted about a min and then it was cold. The day we left it never got hot so we couldn’t shower.
