The stay was magnificent in spite of weather conditions. Definitely planning another trip there to experience the pool and the city more. The house, the indoor amenities and the host was all superb. This has been an amazing first rental stay and an excellent place for our engagement.

We had 2 families stay here with kids ranging from 3-13 and we had a great time!! The outdoor amenities were as advertised and great. We couldnt keep the kids out of the pool. The house was perfect and plenty big for both our families and communication with any questions and concerns were taken care of. We will definitely be renting again the next time we stay in St. Augustine. Thanks so much for a great trip!!

We came as a group of 5 kids/3 moms for spring break and had a great time. The pool/hot tub area/tiki hut were a huge hit. Property was very clean and as described. We had a minor issue of no lights in the garage (where the game room is located) and it was addressed the next morning with no inconvenience to us. The 2.5 bathrooms got a little tight but we knew that coming in to the situation. Its a bit of a drive to the beach (we knew this) and we were more interested in the heated pool/hot tub as we expected cooler weather .

This house was well equipped with what guests need. The kitchen pots and pans, plates, glassware and silver were ample. There were snacks and a coffee bar which was a lovely touch, too. Our family enjoyed the backyard so much and spent most of our time there. We made terrific family memories in this appropriately stocked house. Thanks!
