Our host Raena was very happy to help with all of our questions about the area and the nights of lights events. We were very pleased with the turnout. The house was ready before the time expected for us. The house is beautiful and very spacious for us. The location was nice and quiet. It is walking distance to some of the restaurants and downtown area. Will definitely make reservations again. Very Happy overall! Five star!

This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed at. I cannot begin to describe how great the hosts are. They took time to talk to me on the phone and express concern for my wife and some needs she had with a sore back. The house itself is immaculately perfect. My favorite part was a window that had to be original to the home that is in the kitchen. So very beautiful. The touches they have to have this home feel welcoming cannot be matched. The soaking tub upstairs was well used. It is amazing. The beds are very very comfortable which means a lot to me. How else can you recharge. A great bath and a great bed are all you need. Besides a great trip to the beach with the family. The host had so many great suggestions. And a coffee shop a 2 minute walk away was also fantastic. We will be back to this particular spot for our family vacations as often as we can. And why stay anywhere else. This place is perfect in every way. Even the neighbors were so welcoming and fantastic. The area could not be safer and more welcoming. It was awesome. Thank you so much for hosting us and being such great people. We already love you like family.

Just a short trip from all the excitement!
The property is easy to access and has a shocking amount of living space that handily accommodated a large group. It is also easy walking distance to a lot of the city proper, including one of the trolley stops that makes the weekend stay one of the easiest get-arounds I've had.

Amazing Stay in St Augustine – Perfect for Families & Dogs
This house was absolutely amazing! It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown St Augustine , with easy access to restaurants and museums, making it a great spot for families. One of the best parts was how pet-friendly it was! The house had plenty of space for our dogs to roam around freely, and the yard was big enough for them to play and enjoy themselves. It made our stay even better, knowing our pets were comfortable too.The home itself was spacious and fully stocked. We were able to cook meals, had plenty of towels, and there were ample beds for everyone. The communication was excellent from the owner, and everything about our stay was smooth and hassle-free.I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting St. Augustine . It was the best stay we’ve had in the area, and we would definitely return!

Fantastic Property
This property was exactly what my group was looking for. I was staying with several adult friends for a birthday weekend. We had plenty of space to gather as a group in the home/on the porch or spend time alone in our separate rooms. We all agreed that the house was comfortable and clean. Talk about location! If you want to sight-see downtown St Augustine, the house is a safe/short 15 minute walk. There's a cute coffee shop just a few blocks away and plenty of other eateries within walking distance. The host was very accommodating with some last minute changes. We had some car trouble and Raena was very understanding as we had to stay a bit after the scheduled check out time.I would stay here again without any hesitation!

Quiet Neighborhood
The property wasn't as close to downtown as I'd anticipated. However, based on how busy St. Augustine was, it was nice to be away from the daily hustle and bustle of other tourists. The neighborhood was very quiet and for us fairly active adults, the walk to downtown wasn't too bad. Definitely don't attempt to park a car in downtown St. Augustine as parking is limited and very expensive.

St. Augustine Getaway
Our group of four retired adults had a perfect vacation at this rental - perfect weather to enjoy the deck, stroll around the neighborhood, and find local activities. With several rooms to gather or steel away for some quiet time, this house would also be comfortable for a larger group. Our host was very responsive and was helpful in directing us to nearby services. We were interested in seeing historical sites and we wanted a relaxing pace in a comfortable, walkable neighborhood. This house was ideal. The bedrooms were nicely fitted out; the kitchen was well-equipped with plentiful dishes and cookware; and everything was clean.

Visit with family in Lincolnville
I stayed here with my adult children while visiting family who live in Lincolnville. The property worked well for us because it had enough bedrooms, and the common space was large enough. The living room worked will for a large group, with ample seating and a large TV. We also enjoyed the large dining tables. I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have taken advantage of the outdoor space. The location was great for walking downtown.

Family getaway weekend to see Nights of Lights
St. Augustine is known for its beautiful Christmas lights display in its downtown area. This was a weekend trip to take my mother in law for her 70th birthday with the family. The location to downtown was walkable or short Uber. We were able to park 2 SUVs in the 2 S2 SUBs
