Room clean Breakfast good Lobby staff nice But Cleaning staff I am not sure. I left my earrings on my bag when we went out. We packed and left this morning. When I got home, I put away all my travel items but for my surprise my earrings that I didn't touch, and used from my small bag was gone! Luckily, those earing don't have any $ value. Just one of my favorite that I used to wear at home when I didn't use my good ones. I hope I am wrong judging the cleaners. I sow them cleaning my next door neighbors after breakfast yesterday. But just in case , don't leave any of your value items at your hotel room.

Everything went well. Great friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast. Also the shuttle is a great feature, saves time from getting stuck in traffic and no worries on having to look for parking in the Historic area. Made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice clean room with a fair bed. Large, clean parking lot. Very nice breakfast area with good food and wonderful staff. No cable guide in my room and was told twice at the front desk they had ran out. Kinda lame. Isn't that just a word document? The front desk staff were always helpful and recommended the Mexican restaurant just to the south and that was fantastic! I felt the parking fee was excessive since the hotel is a long way to 90% of the tourist attractions and the historical district itself. Stayed 5 nights and would stay again. Overall, a good value for the money.

Overall we had a good experience. The hotel is very nice, extremely clean, and conveniently located. Everything is easily accessible by car, and they also offer a shuttle to historic St. Augustine. We didn’t use the shuttle, but it’s a great option if you want to avoid driving and parking downtown. Breakfast was good and well organized. It was the same both days, which is fine, though some variety would have been nice. Options included eggs, breads, and cereal. There were no breakfast meats or waffle maker, which was a bit disappointing. However, the breakfast area was spacious, clean, and had plenty of seating. We requested a first-floor room the day before arrival, and the staff was very accommodating, which we appreciated. Our room was spotless, looked almost brand new, and was very comfortable with plenty of space. We had a king-size bed; the mattress was very firm—too firm for our preference, as we woke up sore—but it would be great for anyone who likes a firm mattress. Our only real complaint was the pillows. While they looked nice, they flattened immediately and made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this made for a rough night. Next time, we’ll bring our own. Overall, this was a good place to stay: super clean, well located, and an excellent value. Despite the pillow issue, we would recommend it and would stay here again.
