Location is great and the house was fully equipped. There is noise from the adjacent bars but there is warning about that in the listing and it isn't all night. Parking can be tricky but we did find close on street parking in the neighborhood. House was clean and area totally walkable to downtown, etc. High note was the cute bar across the street with an excellent food truck (pho) which was a perfect stop late afternoon before heading back into town.

We had a great but too few days in St. Augustine. The accomodations was very comfortable with an equipped kitchen and nice outdoor garden with tables and chairs. The house is older but renovated in a nice neighborhood. The location is perfect, just a short walk to most of the historic sites and the old center. We were three singles but the house has two double rooms and one single. St Augustine is an American treasure and this was a perfect place to experience it.

Property is in a great location. Walkable to St George. Unit is one of a I think three adjoining units. Only issue we had was with another guest, and host handled it for us.Can’t remember if it was mentioned in the description (surely it was), but all three bedrooms are upstairs, so if mobility is a concern, may be better to find another place, but we would gladly stay here again.

Very clean and great location. Others should note both bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. Was not a problem for us. We enjoyed the outside patio. Guests need to bring silverware, other than that, kitchen well furnished.

Four of us enjoyed a two night stay at this property. Everything was clean, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, beds were comfortable, and it is the perfect location being just a short walk to downtown. We did have one minor issue, we reached out to the property owner, and she was at our door in less than 30 minutes to take care of it! It was a pleasure meeting her, and she made sure that everything was OK before she left. She even gave us some recommendations for some local restaurants. The listing does talk about the noise, but we had zero issues for the three days we were there. There is a small convenience store right across the street. We did have two vehicles, one we were able to park easily at the property, the other was put in the parking garage with no issues. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs and the TV in the living room does have a Roku so you can log into your streaming services. I’m actually looking forward to staying at this property again due to the location and ease of walking to the downtown area. Thank you again, to our host.

Convenience is key here, super close to the main area, walking distance. Across the street from a few places to eat and convenience store. Excellent location. The parking has a lot to be desired however, unfortunately it can't be helped due to historic location, but managable. Would rent again.
