Comfortable room across from the beach. Friendly check-in person who gave us the room we wanted. Walking distance to a convenience store & an art show.

The location was excellent and very close to the beach. The property was quiet with restaurants, etc. within walking distance. However, our bathroom had a very strong musty, moldy smell. We didn't want to switch hotels because we loved the location and the price was so reasonable. My husband travels with a lot of medical equipment and switching rooms after we got settled in would have been an big inconvenience as well. Hindsight I should have complained to management but I was concerned other rooms wouldn't have been much better and I just didn't want to deal with hassles. . We just made sure we were only in the room to sleep so we could make the best of it. I wouldn't stay here again.

The only thing that weirded me out a little when I first walked into the room was it seemed like there were a couple small puddles in front of the door and near the bathroom, maybe like housekeeping splashed mop water on the way out and left it there, I'm not sure. Housekeeping also took my soap the day they cleaned up and didn't replenish it, but the nice lady at the front desk gave me plenty more to last so other than that, everything else was good and clean enough. They advertise being sound-proofed and it was actually a very quiet stay for me. Great temperature controlled AC/heat units. My favorite part of it is the closeness to the pier and the restaurants it's surrounded by.

While the room was clean and the bed was good the property is poorly maintained. Oue phone did not work. One od the bedside lights was inoperative. There is no closet. In the bathroom there is a drop-down rod, but no hangers. very thin walls with noisy neighbors.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time and I can say that the hotel is very clean, the room is spacious, kind and polite staff, there are no insects and you can unpack your suitcase in peace. The impressions are only the best and I really want to come back. The only wish is that the adjoining door in the room was sealed with insulation, since sounds from the neighboring room penetrate through it.

Horrifying! Located in a very dark, poorly lit area. Abandoned cars in parking lot and another vehicle with a window broken out and a cloth covering it. Random people wandering. Frighteningly filthy room with blood and body fluids on the sheets, unknown substances on the walls, bed bugs/droppings, and black mold growing on the one and only fabric chair in the room. I have photos! When we checked in we asked if the area was safe, and were told by the front desk clerk that there were a lot of alleged “FEMA people” staying there long term and she tried to place us in an area away from them. We immediately left the room and had to find alternative lodging - it was 11:30 pm after a very long day of travel! I’ve never been so disgusted!
