I was there for three days and the room never got cleaned. I slept on top of the comforter because the sheets and mattress cover were dirty. Old room that was not in good condition. No room information like the WiFi password. Parking lot is in horrible condition but it’s well lighted thankfully. Shower had not been cleaned Only 1 packet of coffee for the whole stay.

Great location. Nice restaurants handy, but we like the beach and fishing pier right across the street. Reasonably priced. Rooms and beds clean, but a little surprised the dirty floor. Staff quite helpful. Would stay again.

Love Regency Inn. We have stayed here many times while visiting Saint Augustine. The location across the road from the beach and Pier is very nice and the price for location is superb. The staff is always helpful and friendly from check in to assisting when the TV decided to work after the power flickered. Simple room with affordable cost at a perfect location.

Room was safe and ok cleanliness wise. There was a stain on the mattress cover if one of the beds. The positive is the proximity to the park and beach and weekly market. Also, several restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. No breakfast and the coffee is awful.
