Casa del sol was clean, plenty of room for multiple families with a separate kitchen and living space on each floor, and wonderful views for everyone. Communication and check in process couldn’t be easier. So easy with restaurant and coffee shops within walking distance. Old Towne St Augustine was a quick 10 min drive away.

beautiful view's very nice neighborhood lots of restaurants, fantastic host, everyone was so happy with the place, walk to the beach was a lot of fun. Marta was a great host, thanks again for making it so easy, would love to come back someday.

Marta was the perfect host; very responsive & nice.Check in was a breeze. Kitchen had everything you could want or need. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. The backyard and deck were great. The only complaint was from our young granddaughters (4 & 8 yo) that they had to go outside down the stairs to get to us, as the two levels are connected by an outdoor staircase, but they did love the stairs. So many walkable great restaurants, so the location is amazing. Had a wonderful stay!

Great house with fabulous view

This house was the breath of fresh air we needed after staying in a different house for over 30 years. After the death of our parents, we felt we needed a change. The gorgeous views, dinners on the porch, walkable distance to coffee and restaurants, beach just steps away, no cars — it was all wonderful. Even did a low country boil one night from Outer Banks Seafood — highly recommend. Communication with owner was great, and house was very clean

Great location!

Casa del Sol beach house was perfect for our whole family. Direct access to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and sites nearby. Easy & short drive to St.Augustine city center and Castillo de San Marcos. Marta was very friendly and helpful.

Beach Home Sweet Home

We had a wonderful time at this very unique property. Having essentially two separate homes available that are attached to one another at this price point was amazing. Not levels are homey and clean…”move in ready”. The location is fabulous. We were a family group of varying ages of adults and the ability to walk for tacos, coffee, donuts, etc is great! The beach area is beautiful.Marta responded so quickly to our questions and was so gracious. We hope to be able to rent this one again!

First time in St Augustine

My wife and I rented the Casa Del Sol for a family vacation. We brought all our kids and grandkids. We had a great time. The house was fantastic as well as the location.Would definitely stay here again.

St Augustine at Casa Del Sol

Our family relaxed at Casa del Sol after a pretty action packed Disney vacation. It was the perfect paradise after our busy Disney adventures. The home is perfect! Plenty of room, bathrooms for every room and a half bath to boot! The units were divided into lower and upper units which allowed togetherness in morning and afternoon and chilling in our own spaces for some privacy too. Perfect for our older and younger members of family! The view off balcony was stunning, beds so comfortable! And we loved that we practically had a beach with only a few people out front! Yet, the house was right next door to a restaurant that was amply separated by beautiful garden but we could walk right next door and get best food and drinks on the beach as well as several other places within walking distance that were fantastic. We went to the town a few days and saw the historic beautiful sites and charm of the city! Went to an art opening, shopped at cool shops. All the food was delightful and cooked at home one night and ate lunches at home. Caught tons of fish on the nearby pier too! It was truly one of best places I’ve stayed in a long while. It was nice to not be in panhandle for a change and experience Old Florida! I prefer it even though beach and water are very pretty there. Thank you for the best vacation in years!🔆🌊🏝️

Beautiful Florida sunshine vacation

This is the perfect unit for an adult family reunion. The two separate units allowed for individuals to get away from the conversations while the each unit had enough sitting groups and space to make a big crowd comfortable. Thank you for a lovely setting for my siblings and I to tell old family stories.

Wonderful Stay

We rented the house for a girls weekend in St. Augustine. There was 10 women and everyone enjoyed the house and location. Right on the beach and easy to get a ride into town. Marta was great, we all would highly recommend this house.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

First, of all the VRBOs we've stayed in, this one has the BEST stocked kitchen! All the pans, pots, mixing bowls, dishes, utensils, etc. This was important for the chefs in the group. The layout of the spaces, separate entrances for upstairs/downstairs, gave space for privacy and quiet to those who wanted it (like naps or reading) and space for gathering (like cocktails and dinner). Steps to the beach for walks, watching the sunrise and the surfers. The property manager was very helpful, especially as we had changes to departure due to circumstances beyond our control.

Ideal multi-generational home

The home was very nice with a well appointed kitchen. We loved having our grown/ married kids and grandchild on the lower level and my older parents with us on the top level (with the beautiful view). Marta was very communicative and responsive. Even though there is a restaurant right next door, the yard is private and we were not bothered by any noise. The restaurant was convenient as our kids liked to pop over for a beer and conch fritters 😉. This was a very nice rental!

St. Augustine Vacation

Great vacation. Beach house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, great view and one of the cleanest places that I've stayed at. Owner was very nice and available. I would rent the home again and recommend it to anyone else coming to the area.

Fantastic location

We had a good time. Great location, right on the beach and right next to the Beach Comber restaurant which was perfect for a large family (35 adults and little kids). The house was very comfortable for 7 adults and two littles. The house was spacious and clean. We will definitely come back to this place.

Family Beach Vacation!

Beautiful home right on beach and close enough to restaurants to walk if you want. Very cute area of town. Spacious and open upstairs! Beautiful porches. The house was equipped with anything you need, and the beds slept great! Marta was a wonderful host and checked on us before, during, and after our stay. We will be back for sure!
