La casa fue construida en 1924 y somos los segundos propietarios. Ha estado en nuestra familia desde 1974. Este apartamento ocupa todo el piso de arriba y tiene una escalera delantera y trasera. El porche está cerrado con ventanas originales de paneles múltiples fijos y sellados con persianas. Tiene corazón de pisos de pino en la sala de estar / comedor y las dos habitaciones. Hay azulejos en la cocina, baño y porche. Hay molduras de techo en todas partes, medallones de techo, techos de 10 pies y carácter en abundancia. Tiene calefacción central y aire. Great location

Great location, easy walk to historic downtown. Easy booking process, great communication with the owners. The apartment looks just as it was portrayed in the pictures.

We had a wonderful month long stay at Casa de Flora. It was so comfortable and homey, yet so elegant at the same time. Mary Ann was a wonderful host and thought of absolutely everything we might need. The apartment had everything you can think of to make the stay enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable and the front porch was a perfect place for morning coffee, games and book reading. We walked everywhere, to dinner, historical sites, ice cream, coffee shops, music and the uptown quaint shops. Loved Mary Ann and this beautiful home and hope to return soon!

My husband and I had a great first experience in St. Augustine particularly due to this amazing property. It was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, everything you could think of needing they have and it is a short walk from downtown. You cannot go wrong staying here! We loved it and hope to return!

Exactly as pictured !

My siblings and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners were very nice and responsive when you needed them. The details in the apartment really takes you to another place. Very clean and you’re close to everything!

Birthday vacation

While looking through rentals, I found that this property, as well as Bill and Mary, had recieved excellent reviews and feedback. After my experience, I must say that everything lived up to expectations. The place was perfect, communication was smooth, and the location made traveling around the area very easy. If you're in St. Augustine, I strongly recommend this one.

Beautiful upstairs apartment! Everything was provided, nothing was forgotten!! We wish we didn’t have to move our son in to college or we would have never left the house. Will rent again!

Beautiful apartment in St. Augustine!

Casa de Flora is a lovely apartment in St. Augustine. It was just amazing!! The 2 bedroom Floridian apartment is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed and much, much more. It was just perfect for our visit. Our hosts were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

A Little Piece of Heaven

My husband and I spent 3 glorious weeks in Casa de Flora "C". The unit was decorated elegantly, comfortably and was immaculate, and also well equipped with all the extras! The property location was fantastic, walking distance to historic downtown and the many restaurants. Better than a 5 star hotel...highly recommend...thank you Maryann and Bill :)

It’s in the details! And this place has all the little and big things that make it extra special. Like walking into a very comfortable home, not a rental. The scents, the music, the comfort and the decor. It has everything you could ever need. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo with amazing attention to detail

I stayed here with my finance and his adult daughter and it was great! So clean. Amazing details throughout this modern yet vintage feeling apartment. Beds are very comfy. The kitchen is beautiful. The owner really thought of everything as far as details. I love that it is away from the noise and business of downtown but still walkable. Would stay here again anytime!!

So much better than we thought!

This is a beautiful property! So clean and everything you could need. The beds are so so comfortable! Open deck upstairs is awesome for hanging out. You can't beat the location. You can walk to so many of the sites and the shops. Easy to hop on the trolley, too. The owner had great communication. She was so sweet and left a surprise goodie and a welcome note. We'll be back!

Beautiful Casa de Flora

We found this little place (Casa de Flora)last minute! Believe me when I say the pictures do no justice(everything was exactly the way it was pictured). My daughter was amazed at the different types of coffee makers :). This is an amazing little place to stay, very clean, very quiet and in walking distance to downtown St Augustine. We had no issues at all. We loved everything about the apartment and we will be returning!! Thank you Mary Ann for everything.

Delightful get-away in St. Augustine !

Where to start. . ? MaryAnn's place was absolutely perfect in every way. The beauty of the interior -- fashioned with exquisite taste & the finest of materials . Thoughtfully provided kitchen implements & any thing else you could possible need or want. Beautiful & tasteful decor wherever we looked. Loved the vast selection of books and the electric fireplace! Not really walking distance for us to St. Augustine but we really enjoyed exploring the nearby neighborhood's shops & restaurants. (We especially liked our experiences with "The Raintree" & " Cafe L'amore." Maryann was a joy to work with -- so patient & kind. She has put together an awesome opportunity!
