Cool funky tropical vibe in the decor. Clean and spacious. Location made driving to sightseeing easy. Communication with hostess was always prompt and timely.

Amazing host! Very good communication. The place was perfect, exactly as the pictures showed. Very beautiful home. We were in town for night of lights and the home is about a mile away so easy to get to downtown historic area and back. Neighborhood was not the best and we were worried at first but did not have any issues. We will return!

Gorgeous and fun place!

Beautiful and fun - new construction, great design, very clean and comfortable! The neighborhood isn't great and there is a train close by, but there are some cute areas nearby and downtown is a short drive; this owner thought of everything to compensate and make the stay wonderful!

Fun property in a transitioning neighborhood. Easy walking distance to shops and great food. Exactly what we were after!

Weekend Fun

We had a great stay. We were in town to see our son’s college baseball team play against Flagler. Place was 2 miles from the baseball stadium. We enjoyed our evenings walking around downtown and all that St Augustine has to offer. Place was fun and plenty of room for 3 couples to enjoy.

Beautiful place and very clean

Because I rely on reviews I wanted to leave one with my honest opinion. My sister in law and I stayed 1 week here. It was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities and more. All the little extras was so appreciated. We played pool and corn hole and enjoyed sitting out back. Communication with the property manager was great. We had planned on walking to downtown but a few of the houses in the neighborhood made us (2 females) too nervous to walk it so we drove. However, no one bothered us and everything was good. If you are a light sleeper - there is a train track across the street behind those houses and the train runs all the time (4 times in the middle of the night). With that said, this is still a very clean great place to stay.
