Unit very well furnished & stocked with lots of kitchen & bathroom necessities. Short block & a half walk to great beach. Perfect for two couples. Owner very helpful.

Little walk to the beach but great place.

We had a great time. There is a public beach access close by. Lovely fenced yard for fur babies. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon.

Perfect Snowbird Getaway

We were so pleased to have found Seabreeze Villa and can’t thank our Hosts Elena and Gary enough. The Villa is exactly as advertised and we found the quiet residential neighborhood to be perfect. Staying at Seabreeze puts you minutes away from the beautiful beaches and keeps you away from the hustle and bustle of downtown historic St. Augustine. However, you are less than 10 minutes away should you wish to explore the City and all of its history. We especially enjoyed the private fenced yard which was perfect for us to relax in and for our English Bulldog to play safely with out needing to be leashed or on a tie out. I know our Hosts didn’t have control of the weather but it was absolutely beautiful for our entire two week stay! Thank you again Elena and Gary 😊

Great place to stay

Great end unit townhome with a fenced yard for pets! Very close to the beach and minutes from historic downtown. Very clean. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Home away from home!

FABULOUS FAMILY BDAY GETAWAY!

We went here for my daughter's 17th birthday. We walked in to a surprise of complimentary flowers and a balloon just for her!! Seeing her face light up was the best part! The house was clean, filled with snacks on the kitchen bar. It had everything we needed for the beach, cooking, washing, etc. We even had board games! Our host was always prompt to respond to any questions I had. This place was amazing! We will definitely come back again!

Nice townhome. Good location.

Rented for a wedding. Beach is quick to get to. Unit has been updated. Bedroom (master) upstairs is a loft style, so there is an open wall which was odd. Overall nice place for the money. Owners were very responsive and nice. Overall good stay.

Do I have to leave?

I grew up in this area for all my life. This beach is still amazing and this condo is perfect for a small crew. Elaina was amazing and brought us a brand new Keurig the first day. Great Stay

Location was great for beach access and hitting a few great restaurants that we may not have come out to if we weren’t on the island. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed including towels, sheets and blankets. When items such as soap ir toilet paper hot low, owner was quick to respond and provide! Our 11yo son loved having bunk beds and his own couch and tv to watch football in the second bedroom (very spacious). We all loved hearing the ocean from back yard and that yard was fenced for our dog. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Nice place to visit St. Augustine

Clean and updated condo. It is two blocks from the water but you need to drive about a half a mile to actually get to a public access beach. Convenient to the city of St. Augustine but nestled in a quiet neighborhood

Cozy, quaint, and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vilano Beach house! Gary and Elena were amazing with their communication, and the place was exactly as we expected. It was clean, and welcoming. Having boogie boards and chairs for the beach was also a major plus. We will definitely be back!

Great homeowners and great hospitality… Even had snacks out for us and everything was clean and as describe.. Can’t say enough great things and let us check in early and check out late cause there were no other renters coming… Would definitely rent again.. Great location… Wonderful vacation…
