Upon check-in, I experienced amazing customer service by Trisha, the front desk agent. She was kind, professional and very welcoming. She took her time to speak to me and my children about where to see the fireworks in St Augustine and was just a good person. You don't see Customer service like that any more. I only stayed for one night, but the staff was friendly and the breakfast had a variety of items. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because my room’s AC unit was extremely loud and kept waking our group throughout the night and the staff could not do anything about it.
