CRC 2204 - Second Floor Ocean, Pool and Spa View Condo

With an amazing ocean and pool view from your own private balcony, this second floor condo is the perfect beach getaway. With a beachy theme throughout, this adorable condo will quickly become your home away from home. The spacious living room has ample seating for families of all sizes and the dining room comfortably seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for a stay of any length and comes with a full sized washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a newly renovated private master bathroom as of 2019. There is a queen and a full bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the smaller third bedroom also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” and the second bathroom was also beautifully renovated in 2019.

Please note: the owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club.


All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.
