Unfortunately, this did not qualify as a 5 star accommodation. It is a gorgeous , older home with beautiful gardens but amenities and support from staff was disappointing. Our room , quite “cozy” was lacking in supplies like tissues, shower cap, water bottles, extra towels, and it was dark with lights needing replacement. This could be a 5 star accommodation with more attention to detail and more staff present in site. Breakfast should def be included and not an extra charge!

A vert enjoyable Inn near the heart of St. Andrews. A wonderful stay with a great view of the garden. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions to local dining and sites. The room was very clean and well kept. We had a great breakfast with excellent service.

We very much enjoyed our stay for 2 nights in the Kingsbrea Arms Inn. The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff was wonderful. The room we had was small but comfortable but overall we felt that the price was too high for what we got.

Highlights were the friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious complementary breakfast with excellent options, sherry and fresh baked goods in the afternoon, close proximity and discounted rate to Kingsbrae Gardens (just steps away and gorgeous!), free parking and walkability to Water Street. A truly special anniversary getaway!

Staying at Kingsbrae Arms was like visiting a mansion with lovely art and furnishings. There was no sign to direct us to the Inn. If you go, just follow directions to Kingsbrae Gardens, which are right next door.

Everything about our stay was top notch. Especially notable were the beautiful room, the hospitality and individual attention, the superb breakfast, and common areas both inside and out. They felt warm and welcoming. We also took advantage of the close proximity to Kingsbrae gardens - lovely and expansive. We most highly recommend a stay at the Kingsbrae Arms.

I wish I could give this property six stars!! From the lavish and beautifully appointed common guest areas, the immaculately clean room and bathroom, the truly outstanding breakfast which had several courses, and mimosas included, along with the kindest and most sincere hospitality...instantly making us a part of the larger family of travelers looking for AND FINDING that "perfect spot" to come off the road, and just relax and enjoy every moment. We loved our stay at Kingsbrae. It is a charming place, with very attentive and friendly staff. Staff was more than willing to assist me with my dietary restrictions for breakfast. We enjoyed a cozy room with a comfortable bed in the middle of a busy vacation. It felt like an English manor house. We could walk downtown and leave our car in the lot by our room. Perfect.
