The "Shanty" is a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom, Cape Cod style home. Originally built in 1855, the home was completely refurbished in 2019. It is now a modern, efficient home with the character of a 164-year old home in the heart of Historic St Andrew’s by-the Sea. Clad in cedar shingles, this Cape Cod home is a 4 minute walk from Market Square, steps from the Historic Pendleton Lighthouse, and adjacent to the beautiful Fundy Trail walking path.
Its back patio is ideal for a wedding rehearsal BBQ.
