Inside you will find four bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole group, a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, a large dining area, a comfortable living room with smart TV, washer and dryer, and fast WiFi throughout.

Outside, the yard is fully fenced on all sides with a firepit and covered porches. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a pet agreement. Dogs must remain off furniture and off carpeted surfaces. The upstairs area is carpeted and off limits for pets.

1.No Parties or Events
Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted. Unauthorized events may result in fines up to $500 and termination of your stay.

2. Safety and Restricted Areas
For everyone`s safety, please do not enter any locked or marked areas of the property.

3. Pets
Dogs are welcome at The Cherry St House. Up to 2 well-mannered, house-trained dogs with current vaccinations are welcome per stay. A non-refundable pet fee applies: $50 for stays up to 7 nights, $125 for stays of 8 nights or longer. Due to insurance restrictions the following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Great Dane, Perro de Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrid, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, and Japanese Tosa.

4. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the property or within 15 feet of any door or window. This applies to all tobacco products, cannabis, and electronic cigarettes. Violation results in a minimum $500 cleaning fee plus additional charges for odor removal or damage.

5. Cleanliness and Property Care
Please treat the home with respect. Report any spills or damage promptly so we can address them quickly. Bag and place all trash in the designated outdoor bins before checkout. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use will incur an additional fee starting at $150.
6. Trash Disposal
All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated bins before checkout.

7. Plumbing
Only flush toilet paper. Do not dispose of wipes, hygiene products, grease, or coffee grounds in sinks or toilets. Guests will be charged for any plumbing issues caused by improper disposal.

8. Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Unauthorized guests will incur a $50 per person, per night fee and may result in early termination of the stay.

9. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must be respectful of neighbors at all times. Excessive noise or complaints may result in a warning, immediate termination of the stay, or additional charges.

10. Legal and Compliance Terms
Residential use only. No business or illegal activity. Subletting is not allowed. Host may enter with reasonable notice for maintenance or safety. Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Home Away Springfield is not liable for injury, accident, or theft. Lost items are held for 14 days before donation. This agreement is governed by Missouri and City of Springfield laws.

By completing check-in and signing digitally through Hostaway, the guest confirms they:
-Have read and agree to this Guest Agreement and House Rules
-Are the responsible party for the reservation
-Accept full financial responsibility for any charges outlined in this agreement
