We stayed one night and we are a senior couple. We both slept for 11hours!!! This is clearly a testament to the comfort of the room and the mattress. The room was clean, but older. Air worked well. Full kitchen facilities, which we had no use for, but it would be great for families! We missed the free continental breakfast, but the very accommodating front desk agent offered to bring us coffee. The room rate was a true value for the area!

The hotel was not a clean as advertised. Kitchenette looked undesirable to cook in and cookware was not provided in cabinets. Refrigerator made loud noises all night I couldn't sleep. Poor customer service, hotel guest got into a back and forth with front desk associate. Associate talked trash about the guest to me when the guest left. Unacceptable and would not recommend anyone stay here--especially not for the price charged.

I originally booked a queen room but was surprised to see there were two double beds was no issue at all given the extra bed was good for space and to add I wasn't expecting a kitchenette in the room. Could have been some more toiletries and maybe cook ware and silverware but good to know next time what to bring. Front desk staff very cool and even with us waking up late and checking out a half hour after the set time there was no issue at all no one bothers about it given we did check in late. Very appreciated.

The kitchenette and shower a little outdated. Overall, the staff Is great and the hotel is awsome

The rooms were clean we were supposed to have a queen size bed which clearly was a double tv was very fuzzy not HD quality kitchen had no dishes pots or pans if u needed these items u have too go to the front desk and ask for each item every time u needed it. Door key wouldn't work the whole time we stayed there had to get it reprogrammed over and over again. Gym facility was very small not up to date equimpment. plenty of party hotel is surrounded by so many restaurants malls and movies.

I just needed a place to rest and sleep comfortably for a night in the middle of a very hectic schedule and this place was perfect for it.

Hotel was fine. Everything you need was either allready IN the room or just a phone call away. One slight note: the bathroom leaked from the wall pipe. Thought it was the shower at first but no some checking and detective work following the water trail led behind the bowl. I was only there for 2 days so not THAT big of a deal...also was in and out around town. But anyone staying longer might want to check.

Not great as a hotel. * no smoking room with an ash tray and lingering smoke smell * not enough toilet paper for one ten hour overnight stay * bed cover as blanket felt like it was made of recycled milk jugs * not sure what continent continental breakfast is from. No milk, just coffeemate. A few muffins and instant oatmeal packs. Motel 6 a better breakfast. * arrived after 11 pm. Gate closed over front desk. No sign, no bell. Rattled gate. * have to request a coffee maker in room Staff friendly. Probably fine for long stay if you rent the amenities and the rate is less than major chains. Located close to mall and major roads.

The hotel was nice n clean. The hotel was nice n clean.

I was lost looking for the hotel. Staff could not give me proper directions

Everything was indeed just about perfect, including the staff and the supplies. Also, the location was a very good place. There were dishes, utensils, plates, cooking spoons, spatulas, bowls, and two saucepans in the kitchen area. I would go back in a heartbeat. Oh, one more thing, the freshly perked coffee was great.
