sink wouldn't drain, wifi was slow , I was told there would be breakfast but it was only granola bars and coffee ,easy to check in and out

Manager was very accommodating of my travel circumstances. Good property location. Clean room. It worked well for what I needed, but not a luxury type property.

Hotel seems to caters to the section 8 population. When I arrived the police were dealing with some kind of disturbance. Claims to serve a hot breakfast. Don't believe it. Room is never cleaned.

For a non-smoking hotel, people were smoking in their rooms. Can hear everything the person in the next room is doing, can even smell them taking a poo! This hotel is terrible. I did not feel safe staying at all.

Nice full refrigerator, stove and sink. I received a smoking room that was thick of smoke and was unable to change rooms due to capacity. Average hotel. Good if you get there late and leave early.

This was a filthy hotel. The drawers had crud in them, there was food on the floor under the nightstands, the coffee pot was nasty. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Me and my girlfriend were traveling from AZ to MA so on our way we decided to stop in Springfield for the night. This place had the cheapest rate for the best reviews. I wish the bed and the sheets were more comfortable however everything else in the room was decent. Don't expect something grand but definitely worth the cheap price on a hotel room.

Leaking ceiling in the bathroom. Uncofortable bed and bedding.

Hotel was in process of upgrading/remodeling and clearly had not yet gotten to our room. For example, window would not stay open, toilet did not empty after use, "colorful" stains on the carpet. bathroom floor covering had hole in front of stool, visible stains from water leak in celing. However, the bed was great and the TV was great. Staff was also receptive to my letting them know about what needed to be fixed in the room.

Hotel was in very good shape. Recent upgrading makes it look much newer than it is. The room was large and the mini kitchen was great.

My room was billed as nonsmoking but the minute I got off the elevator I could smell smoke. The carpet in my room had a cigarette burn, not to mention the big red stain on it. The sink was dirty, the toilet was dirty and the kitchen floor was filthy. The freezer had something sticky spilled on it. There were people yelling at each other in a room down the hall half the night. All in all it felt VERY sleazy.

I had been staying different hotels fot past several years to find the most suitable for my visit. I think that I found one here. I love the kitchen unit, and the location is ideal for my purpose. I will return on my next visit.

Very nice hotel that is undergoing some small rennovations. The rooms are very clean and offer everything you need for your extended. Staff is very nice and accomodating

The extended stay is a great hotel for staying one night or several nights. The staff, especially Tammy, is great and the rooms are always clean. There is no breakfast, but it not intended to as it has a small kitchen to handle all of your needs. Close to the mall and Palace theater. Highly recommended.

I only stayed one night and checked in late; staff was friendly, received a free upgrade; room was clean

My reservation was not honored. The room I received was incorrect.

My husband and I needed a hotel room for one night. The price was so reasonable we were surprised at how nice the hotel was. The staff was so friendly when we called for directions and during check in and check out which was also fast and professional. Everything was clean and in order from the outside, to the lobby, to the room itself. The kitchenette was clean and efficient. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. I wished we'd been able to stay longer. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We weren't at the hotel very long because we were visiting with a family member I hadn't seen in about 15-19 years. It would have been okay; BUT it would have been nicer IF WE HADN'T BEEN WOKEN UP BY THE SMOKE ALARMS IN THE HOTEL AND MADE TO GO OUTSIDE IN THE COLD AND WITH OUR PAJAMAS ON. We were outside for (I don't remember) maybe 45 minutes. The fire truck came in (as if they were just passing by and decided to come in), 2 police cars came in (they drove around the building and that was all - no lights). We had to talk around the building to try and find out what the problem was and if we were going to be allowed to go back in. A number of people got in their vehicles and started them up so they could stay warm. The management (I guess she was management) just barely said something about going back in. We were given no explanation of what happened until later in the morning when we checked out. I believe we should get some sort of a discount on our next stay at ESA through [...]!!!

Meet girlfriend there for a weekend trip together. The place was a good value. We just needed a decent place in our price range and decided to go with ESA-Springfield. It was just about what I figured. It did it's job.

The hotel was in a nice location close to different grocery stores and restaurants.
