Dirty in the rooms. Low quality. Burned out lights. Tv not plugged in .toilet leaver had to be held down to work. I was afraid to get under the cover. The floor was at an incline in room 216

Checkin was smoothe, but parking near the lobby was difficult. It would be beneficial for there to be designated parking for checkin.

This is a trucker stop. I should have chosen better. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe. Tons of men and smoke even though the hotel has a no smoking policy. One of the workers was smoking right outside the door.

Rooms are filthy & staff is horrible. Our first room clearly hadn't been cleaned & was missing the handle to flush the toilet. Our 2nd room was just dirty in general.

It was a nice room for as long as we staying. We were only there for to sleep half way threw our trip.

The Extended Stay America Springfield was very basic. They don't even provide ice for their guests. I asked the desk clerk about the ice and he just gave me a blank stare and did not respond. (Someone there needs some customer service training). The room has a small kitchenette, but all the cabinets and drawers were empty, so bring all your own plates, cookware, etc. The bed was not comfortable and we woke up with sore backs in the morning. The room also had a faint odor of smoke, which is probably why when checking in, we had to initial that we understood the no smoking policy. They evidently have a problem with some guests breaking that rule. The "Grab and Go" breakfast consisted of a small set-up near the front entrance with some coffee pots and individually-wrapped muffins. This was not a good stay and we will not return.

I have been charged twice for this hotel stay; once online and once at the hotel. This hasn't happened to me before. I have called to resolve the issue, but still have not had any money returned to me.

I was very uncomfortable with how dirty the hotel room was. There were splatter marks on the doors, stains on the floors and toilet, dingy, stained towels. Definitely wasn't worth trying to save a few bucks.

sink wouldn't drain, wifi was slow , I was told there would be breakfast but it was only granola bars and coffee ,easy to check in and out

Manager was very accommodating of my travel circumstances. Good property location. Clean room. It worked well for what I needed, but not a luxury type property.

Hotel seems to caters to the section 8 population. When I arrived the police were dealing with some kind of disturbance. Claims to serve a hot breakfast. Don't believe it. Room is never cleaned.

For a non-smoking hotel, people were smoking in their rooms. Can hear everything the person in the next room is doing, can even smell them taking a poo! This hotel is terrible. I did not feel safe staying at all.

Nice full refrigerator, stove and sink. I received a smoking room that was thick of smoke and was unable to change rooms due to capacity. Average hotel. Good if you get there late and leave early.
