This is not to complain, but it was not what we expected or thought. It is a motel, rather than a hotel, and they have worked to upgrade the facility. The room was not bad (we stayed in a suite), but our expectations were completely different upon arrival.

The room was pretty small and janky. Little repairs that were fixed the quick and cheap way, versus the more appealing way. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny and the shower was gross. Not a "it needs a scrubbing" gross but a "toss the the whole thing and start from scratch" gross. I will say that it was quiet! There was construction going on next door and it didn't bother us at all. There's a restaurant next door too, and it's easy to get back to the highway, so there's that too. The ladies at the front desk were very kind, and very understanding when we realized our reservations had been messed up (our fault, not theirs).

It was wonderful stay couldn't have been happier I hope this enough words so I.can get off this site How many words do you. Red this is crazy nuts survey form

Wanted a non-smoking room and ended up with a smoking room and made it hard to sleep with the smell in the sheets and comforter.

The bathroom smelled like it had not been sanitized.

Good price for dollar. Great location right off i44. Had no problem finding them

The hotel staff was very friendly but the hotel itself was not what we expected. Crying baby all night. Not a safe part of town. The hotel is very old and has a very unclean feel. When we opened our door in the morning we were greeted with the smell of a restaurant dumpster:( Not recommended.

The room seemed small, especially the bathroom, but was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep. It had what we needed, including WiFi, tv, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, hair dryer. We arrived late and left early, so we didn't have much chance to check out the other amenities. Overall it was adequate for our needs. We would definitely consider staying again.

THe picture does not match the location of the hotel. It was a much older then what the picture shows. But it was a comfortable bed. Noisy being right by the interstate. It was clean at least. You get what you pay for. A bed and shower.

Price was cheap, and so place was very basic, old. Could hear noise from next door and outside. But staff was very kind and helpful.

Room was dirty we stayed for 3 days never came and gave us towels when we asked we waited forever

Continental breakfast was marginal. Internet connection was very poor and I need that to be able to do my business while I'm in Springfield. Would recommend but mention draw backs

Internet very poor and I need this to do business. Continental breakfast marginal. would recommend but would mention drawbacks.

We stayed during a contra dance weekend. It was a good place to rest and get ready for the next workshop or dance. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was fast, plenty of towels etc, rooms were clean and wake up call was right on schedule!

regular hotel real close to the expressway very friendly staff. you have to go upstairs in order to get to the continental breakfast

Staff was friendly. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

Should not be rated a 3 star hotel. Quite drab and even though I was in a non-smoking room, I could smell the remnants of smoke in the room and especially the pillow. The staff was nice though.

Personnel pleasant even at 3 am arrival! Elevator a bit scary as it made clunking sound before starting up or down. Room was nice and comfortable with refrig and micro.

Check-in was a breeze, rooms were clean, continental breakfast was sufficient.
