I liked hearing the train at night. It was a very clean hotel the employees very friendly. We would gladly stay there again when we visit Missouri. Parking lot is well lit just a great place to stay

Family Visit

I was visiting family and had my two young grandsons spend the night with me and they enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. The continental breakfast was nice. The boys love waffles and I'm glad there was a waffle maker. The breakfast area was very clean.

It was okay. Had the room with the jacuzzi tub and it hardly worked did get as warm as i liked. Room smelled like sewage when we got there. Went to the pool/hot tub and the hot tub jets wasn't working very well and the water was bath tub warm. No towels at the pool. Asked for pool towels was told they didn't have anymore. Asked for more pillows and was told they didn't have extra

The dayshift desk lady was absolutely amazing! She handled my situation with care and was very professional! Even though it wasn’t her responsibility she worked through the problem with experian, with me . The room was newly renovated, very sanitary and clean . Housekeeping employees were amazing , some didn’t know much English! But did there job very well . There breakfast is amazing also

I always like staying here. I only wish they had bacon and real butter😃. It's a nice hotel with a treadmill , a pool and nice customer service.

I enjoyed my stay. There’s a lot of restaurants and stores available and it isn’t far from the hotel. Customer service was great. Everything was clean. The room had a lot of open space. The pool and hot tub were great for the most part. The jets didn’t work in the hot tub but it was nice and hot. There is a train behind and close to the building which could be an issue for some people. We had no issue with it and didn’t hear anything while sleeping. (We sleep with a fan and sound machine). I will be using this hotel the next time I visit my family.
