This property is incredibly rundown. The staff is nice but the property is old and needs a face lift. The first room we got had the window open and was doused with air freshener. We left for a couple hours and came back and the room smelled like urine. We got a different room…not a king bed…one queen bed had so many stains on the mattress—no mattress protectors and the top sheet didn’t cover it—so disgusting. The carpet in the hallway is dirt colored—so filthy. There is a security gate around the parking lot. Huge homeless problem around the area. Do not recommend-would never stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and doing their best but they are seriously understaffed. When we went to breakfast on Monday there was nobody there, they were out of coffee and several other things. Then when I went to check out the maintenance guy was covering the front desk.

We were traveling with our son and daughter in law. We had reserved 2 king trims. When they checked I . 1st their key card didn’t work when the were able to enter the room it was 2 double beds not a king. They were told “sorry” we over booked there are no other rooms available. They were not happy but went back. Went to bed and my daughter in law woke up about 2:30am feeling like something was crawling on her. Using her cellphone flashlight she discovered her bed was infested with BEDBUGS!! They caught one took it to the front desk. All they said was dirty .. we ca. mice you to another room!! After telling them no other rooms were available earlier!! They asked for a refund which they were told would be possibly made later!!this ruined our weekend trip!!

Always warm and welcoming

Love the staff here. Front desk always sweet easy and helpful. House keeping very friendly and kind and very helpful. They treat me and my service animal wonderful and this is the reason I will keep getting rooms here. Great value and comfortable inviting environment. Will always recommend to anyone! Huge 5th floor used to be lounge wish it was reopened!!! Would attract people especially if it was open weekends! Love this place and the people

Can’t get right.

OK, so where do we start. When we first checked in the TV didn’t work. So they gave us another room and we had to move. When we got there, there was no soap. The ice machine didn’t even work on our floor both machines. Had to go to the second floor to get ice. Just a while ago someone walked at our room. They’ve given our key to someone else. And the sauna is not working. Which I was looking forward too. Breakfast is more like a first come first serve. Ran out of waffle mix. Half the time the key did not work on my door more than once or twice. The ironing board in our room needs to be repaired does not pull out correctly.I won’t be booking this hotel again in the future.

Not so good. Rougher part of town than expected. Was looking forward to using the hot tub and was not advised during booking or check in that it was out of service. Breakfast was ok, but everything else seemed run down and lacking in quality considering the price and location.

Cool Older property, dated but clean. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and pool was closed for maintenance the entire stay. Downtown, so convenient but somewhat sketchy and rundown. Staff was great and view from breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to beds.
