Hotel needs an upgrade. Staff was super nice.

The review and rating is about the experience we had for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Never have I seen so much staff in the kitchen to deliver so little food in such a long time in a night when the restaurant was at below 20% occupancy. Allow me to add the food was mediocre, and not matching the menu description. To top it, it was grossly overpriced for the quality served, which basically was straight out of a Sysco truck. The only highlight was watching the staff as the arguments, useless flor manager and kitchen staff turned it in a farcical spectacle. Besides that, rooms were fine, clean. Bedding was fine if not great.

Things were fine with the exception: 1) the remote did not have sufficient batteries 2). The thermostat stopped working on the last night and it was very hot in the property
