The bed was very comfortable and soft. The room overall was in okay condition. We have stayed here several times, and have been pleased in the past, but this time was disappointing. The hallway smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke the entire 4-night stay. No one was enforcing the no smoking policy. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The thing that has mostly influenced the mediocre (Borderline unpleasant) rating for our stay was the lack of internet accessibility. We did bring this up to staff twice during our stay and it was not fixed. Internet access is extremely important to us when we travel. We had to use a large chunk of our own data because we didn’t have internet service the entire time. There was also a dead cockroach in the elevator. Now that I think about it, I might have been way too generous with the “okay” rating.

The review and rating is about the experience we had for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Never have I seen so much staff in the kitchen to deliver so little food in such a long time in a night when the restaurant was at below 20% occupancy. Allow me to add the food was mediocre, and not matching the menu description. To top it, it was grossly overpriced for the quality served, which basically was straight out of a Sysco truck. The only highlight was watching the staff as the arguments, useless flor manager and kitchen staff turned it in a farcical spectacle. Besides that, rooms were fine, clean. Bedding was fine if not great.

I had to change my own bed linens. They smelled like someone had already slept on them. Small towels looked unclean. Only had two in the room. One hand towel. I was in a handicapped room. I really deserve a refund.

Comfy beds, room clean with plenty of amenities. Quiet. Great breakfast. Easy off and on 20. Allows pets. Plus for us. Stayed past May, now September. Will stay again.
