My room was not cleaned well. The smoke alarms would go off every night and wake me up. Strobes and alarms. The shower head in in the middle of the tub. And the mattress was very uncomfortable and old. Seemed like all the hardware and furniture was coming apart. The air conditioning wires were on ...
Very nice hotel. Erica the desk attendant was excellant! Friendly, courteous very sweet person. The only complaint was that the lighting was too dim especially in the bathroom. Only 2 lights over the mirror and they were quite dim. My husband agreed.
The stay more than met my expectations. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the whole family was able to connect to wifi, internet browsing with no problems. Also there were plenty of breakfast options to choose from.
Our vacation was interrupted due to an unexpected illness. After spending most of the day in the emergency room, coming to this hotel (though not previously part of the travel plans) was just amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and were very kind and ...
I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights (one for my husband and I; one for my son and his girlfriend), we were in town for a wedding. Check in time is 3:00pm; we arrived at 3:30pm with neither room ready for us. We were late for rehearsal due to not being able to get in our rooms and change. When we arrived ...
This is an excellent hotel. My wife & I stopped here after driving 11 hrs of our 22 hour trip & the room was very pleasant. And highly comfortable. Everything is excellent. Plan to always stay at this particular Comfort Suites whenever we visit Jackson, Mississippi.
Hotel staff was great, very pleasant to deal with. Room was very comfortable. Our room was right next to the lobby and never could hear other customers in the lobby areas. Breakfast offerings were well received and plenty of choices.
We had a long trip home and we decided to stay in Jackson as a midpoint. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There were plenty of restaurants and we were right next to the freeway which made it even better. We will definitely stay there again.
This hotel was everything I was hoping for when I booked it. It has all the character one could want in a beautiful old building. It has a roof top deck and a lovely garden pond filled with koi. Just lovely.
