This was an excellent hotel stay. The staff wa very attentive and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. With your choice of hot cinnamon buns, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, yogurts abs fresh fruit. All you can eat. Comfortable beds and pillows. A+ rating from me.

Hotel is well located near highway, restaurants and shopping, clean rooms, comfortable beds/pillows and good varied breakfast. Negatives are loud heating air conditioning unit, subpar shower and erratic internet.

We arrived Feburary 14 prior to the in commimg storm. Our company booked us at this Holiday Inn express in Brockton, Ma. For six weeks. The storm passed and the Hotel lost power. We were out of power for 2 days, with the exception of a generator that supplied power to emergency only survival areas of the hotel. The general manager Matt and his staff went way above our expectations to assure that all guests were comfortable. Considering the circumstances. My kudos to the entire staff. Matt kept us informed and made as comfortable as possible I WILL stay here again if I'm ever back in this area. Srichardson

while visiting the Boston area on business and staying at this location a "Nor-Easter" storm decided to visit. We lost power for 4 days during that period the hotel staff under the PROFESSIONAL guidance of GM Matt they went over and above to insure that any inconvience was minimal... It was like a family camp out. Being from FLORIDA and going through several Hurricanes and power outages this was not new to me but Matt and his staff made it enjoyable I will consider this hotel my HOME away from HOME..Thanks to Matt and his TEAM..

The manager, Matt {---} is one of the most unprofessional manager I have ever came into contact with. My company plaved us at this outdated hotel and we were her durring a massive storm that took out power to so many areas on the east coast including this horrible hotel. My fompany relocated us 48 hrs after the hotel lost power and returned us to this horrible hotel once power was restored. This "manager" put us back into the same rooms. NO ROOMS WERE CLEANED. This "manager" told us houskeeping was on there way in when i tried to ask and was repeatedly cut off. This "manager" contacted someone on my team to falsely complain about me instead of addressing me. This "manager" said i was being difficult because housekeeping wasn't available. All i did was request housekeeping and when i was cut off by the unprofessional personnel i repeated myself because i was cut off. I get they were frazzled because they just got power back but "they" contacted my company telling us we can return. Unknown to us, no rooms were cleaned. I was told i would be top priority for houskeeping when they got in. I went to work that night and returned to a dirty room. My co-workers rooms were cleaned but mine wasn't. Wow! This is how this business conducts themselves? You lie, can't maintain a professional demeanor under pressure and act like a child and don't have housekeeping clean my room all because you are unhappy? Good for you Matt Amirault

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Staff is wonderful checking in was fast and Mike is professional answer my all questions I had. This hotel is at good location just walking distance to shopping mall and few restaurants near by good food.

Stayed for business. Admittedly is an interesting location being behind a couple of buildings. Once inside the staff that was on was friendly and extremely helpful. I travel a lot and this was one of the best staff I have run into. Room was comfortable everything worked well and it was clean and quiet. Would recommend a stay if you are in the area.

Overall, this hotel is fine. However, I may try another hotel in the area before I book this one again, for a few reasons: First, the lobby smells terrible in the evening. Whatever cleaning product they use is very strong and unpleasant, which made waiting to check in hard to bear. Fortunately, the smell had dissipated by morning, since breakfast is in the lobby area. Next, to get to the elevator, you have to walk from the lobby down a very long hallway--very poor building design! Don't try to use the stairs, either--the doors lock behind you, so you have to exit the building and then walk all the way around to get back in. Also poorly designed was the bathroom in my room. In order to close the bathroom door, I had to squeeze into the small space between the toilet and the tub or the sink. Finally, the swimming pool is very cold, small, poorly lit, and there are no changing rooms or showers attached to the pool area.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Brockton, MA for three nights over the Labor Day weekend. One if those nights was the worst in a hotel in a very long time. Hotel guests were loud and aggressive in the parking lot, honking horns and peeling out even until late into the night. Children were all around, running up and down the hallways. Teenagers were playing tennis in the hallways at 11:30 p.m. On top of that the fire alarm rang for fifteen seconds at 1:15 am. No security guard on site. Little supervision of a number of rowdy guests.

Stayed one night on a business trip. room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Laundry was on 3rd floor. Good breakfast choices with something for everyone. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Its a long walk from front desk to the elevator. Its best to park at the back before unloading your luggage. Would stay there again if need arose.
