The overall stay was less than acceptable. We were staying with our girls hockey team and not only were the rooms unsanitary, thermostats not working, there were homeless people wandering around the halls and lobby with made everyone feel unsafe. The front desk staff was not helpful when we brought up these issues. Housekeeping staff did not clean my room either. One of the worst hotels we have stayed at and not matching the Holiday Inn brand experience. This hotel needs an overhaul.

I stayed at this hotel for nearly a month, paid full price nightly, worked daily, and had no issues or warnings during my stay. After being told I needed to leave briefly due to a 21-day policy and that I could return, I made a new reservation but was denied check-in and informed I was placed on a “no rent” list based on an incident at a different hotel nearly a month earlier. That incident involved a brief attempt to help someone charge a phone that escalated despite repeated efforts to have them leave and was not a pattern of behavior during my otherwise issue-free stays. This was never communicated during my stay, despite booking consistently for over three weeks. Being informed only upon arrival after being told I could return was extremely disruptive. Additionally, several advertised amenities were unavailable, including a nonfunctional business center and a decline in complimentary breakfast quality, while full rates were charged throughout. The lack of transparency and sudden denial of service after weeks of paid stays was disappointing, and I would encourage management to improve communication and fairness with long-term guests.

Remodel is still underway but mostly done. The place looks great! Very clean and nice. Not a luxury hotel, but clean and comfortable for a night or family stay. Mattresses were brand new and comfy.
