The staff was great. Check-in/check-out was easy, the staff was friendly. The issues I had were minimal, the TV controller needs replacing and the sheets looked like someone left a pen in the dryer but overall I had a good night's sleep which was the most important thing.

Great hotel - very clean just not shuttle which makes the .6 mile trip to airport very expensive - More then $25 each way.

This place is fantastic! You totally want to stay here. About as perfect of a boutique hotel as you will ever find in a city like Juneau.

There was broken furniture, holes in the wall, cigarette burns in the carpet. The bed was comfy and staff friendly.

Great stay for overnight between flights. Always stay here on my way through. From the Restaurant/Bar area to the AM breakfast at the diner....never disappointed. 5 Star for an Alaskan Hotel
