Your quest will be over choosing this very special, steps to the beach, property. Nestled privately down a small lane surrounded by trees with a short, quiet walk to 3 Nantucket Sound beaches, known for their gentle waves and warmer waters.

The setting, vegetation and style give it a Key West vibe with a beachy, modern look. Dune grasses, hydrangeas and tall cedars add privacy and a tropical feel. The large shell driveway and walkways with picket fencing provide plenty of private off street parking with no step entry, easy access to patio with 2 large sliding doors to enter living quarters.

The patio and outdoor dining table are under a roof and can be enjoyed in all weather, a sofa and seating there add more dining and relaxation options. A firepit, large cedar outdoor shower, and corn hole on the lawn add to the fun.

Interior for lower level cottage is completely updated and newly furnished, white walls, high ceilings, flooded with light and ocean breezes. Open concept living, kitchen and eating inside with 2 large sliders to outside dining and seating.

Everything you could wish for is here, elegant but family friendly with fresh lux bedding, new mattresses, and towels so not much to pack. An open concept kitchen with all stainless appliances, very well equipped for cooking even a vita mix for smoothies or frozen Margaritas, a separate wine bar and large smart TV.

Bath is white subway tile with a large, walk in shower with a dual rain forest and Euro handheld with a teak sitting bench. Stackable washer/dryer in laundry room with door to outside deck to large outdoor shower and wood burning firepit…Ceiling fans in bedrooms and central air/heat throughout for all season comfort. Cathedral ceiling in primary bedroom, large closets in both. A great wagon and cooler are here for your short walk to the beach, lobster rolls or ice cream instead of beach parking fees are a great swap! Beach chairs and umbrella also here for you to use! A very special private oasis yet can walk minutes to 3 Nantucket Sound Beaches, The Skipper Restaurant and Ice Cream Shack..Pirate’s Cove golf, Pirate Museum and Cape Cod Water Park.
