I liked that we could walk areas around the hotel and it was clean. I didn't like the fact it said 5 person room but with only two queen beds knowing all 3 of the the kids were 13 plus .

Room 134 was extremely disgusting, the floor needed a thorough scrub down. The shower seat in room 134 was falling off the wall. Mold and mildew in room 134 shower. Room 250 had unresolved plumbing issues whereby the water wouldn’t go down the shower drain. I called twice to have the drain in room 250 fixed and that never happened. Spiders and bugs in both rooms 134 and 250. Housekeeping was rude and knocked on the door way too early before checkout time at 9 AM and then again at 10 AM on the day of checkout. Checkout time is 11 AM. I had to remind housekeeping of these policies. Front desk Personnel needs to have their manners adjusted. I strongly believe a credit should be issued for the well over $2000 I spent on a five day stay. For the record, I checked out at 11:02 Am. I will never again stay at the all seasons resort again unless the above issues are resolved and some form of refund is issued for all of the aforementioned issues. I haven’t posted this to Google…yet! Regards, Brian J. Champagne.

The rooms were nice, the staff were super pleasant, Trudy knew me by name which made the stay that much more enjoyable. The pools were well kept and clean. The playground could use some attention but that’s the only negative thing I would say about the entire stay.
