A good motel with wonderful owners. Norbert and Joanna, the owners, take so much pride in making the rooms spotlessly clean before arrival, and offering great advice to guests on what to do while on the cape. Location is an easy walk to the beach, and short walk also to one wonderful seafood restaurant (Skippers). Nice plush towels too. Owners on site all day to give replacement towels or anything else needed, and always pleasant. The materials used in the recent renovation of the rooms a little flimsy (thin toilet seat, springy vinyl flooring, new but soft lightweight bed mattresses.). Ice machine near the pool overdue to be replaced. Location easy walk to beach, but you do need to take short drive to get to a coffee shop or lunch (except at the one nearby restaurant). Complimentary continental breakfast offered daily. Cute very clean pool on property, at the back of the parking lot.
I used to be afraid of “motels” but have had really good luck lately and the Ocean Breeze is definitely in that group. Quaint, cute property, 2 blocks from the water. It’s well cared for, perfect breakfast included with fruit; toaster with bagels, croissants, bread; hot & cold cereal, yogurt; and muffins. Very friendly and helpful staff. We also loved that it was quite a way from the touristy area, so peaceful. The “heated” pool was too cold to use. Overall, a great find!!

Room was very clean and had ok sound isolation. Staff was very kind and generous with their time. Nearby beach is not very nice, would recommend driving instead of walking, but hotel pool was heated and very clean.
The motel doesn't clean your room unless you're there for 7 days. There were so many mosquitos in the bathroom and lots of spiders we had to kill with our shoes. The blow dryer in the bathroom is completely rusted and doesn't work. The rooms smell, the a/c unit is incredibly loud. We were given only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. And here's the worst part....I got a spider bite (two gang marks next to each other) on my stomach. Hands down the grossest motel I've stayed in. The one good thing about this place is there well stocked continental breakfast.

We truly appreciate your feedbacks. Yes, it is correct that we do not refresh rooms unless you are staying 5 nights or longer, however fresh towels, sheets etc. are always available upon request at the front desk. The hairdryer does work, but light switch needs to be on in order for dryer to work. We continue to renovate rooms and hope to have them all ready by next season.
