Property grounds very well kept. Room is dated, had a weird smell and is in need of work. Pillows were stained and had hair on them, requested new pillows and they never came. Location is great! But for the quality of the room I couldn’t justify paying $400 a night again.

Great location. Closed some area on the resort due to covid19.

the hotel is right on the beach which is great!! The rooms are dated and we had some ants in our bathroom!!! Not worth the price

Great hotel. Nice breakfast. Super friendly staff. Easy access to the beach. Will be back.

Perfect destination for those with young children. There are two pools and the outdoor one is 3' or less in depth for more than half of the total area. This is great for small children who either can't swim or are learning. The pristine beach sits 10' off the backside of the pool so you can easily alternate between locations. They have a bar, chairs, towels and even sand box toys out on the beach so you don't need to lug stuff back and forth. The rooms are less than an minute from the pool so diaper changes, feedings, etc. are super convenient. Plenty of close by restaurants and attractions. Only issue is that the cell reception and wireless in the area are a bit spotty (that includes Yarmouth) so factor that in.

Rooms are clean and comfy, but it is the beach so smell a bit “damp” when closed up all day. Just a few steps from a beautiful beach where hotel staff will set up umbrella and lounge chairs per request. Decent beachside bar. Wonderful staff. My family had a great, relaxing time.

Disappointed that most amenities where at blue waters, might as well stay there.

My family and I went during the off season, so the beach was empty, and not many people were in the hotels. It was nice. Upon entering the room, it smelt very musty and it felt like the room hadn’t been used in some time. We had to open windows to air it out. The view however was beautiful. The breakfast at the resort apparently closes early when it’s supposed to be open 7:30-11, so we had to walk over to a local resort and eat there.. not a far walk and the food was good. The room was a little outdated, but had everything we needed. We utitlized the indoor pool and hot tub since it was a tad chilly.

Stayed 1 night Sept 29th. Hotel is directly on the ocean and the water was still warm enough to go in swimming. Indoor and outdoor pools were available also. Very spacious room with a refrigerator. Continental breakfast was actually a full breakfast - eggs, sausage, potatoes, french toast sticks. We were very pleased with the hotel. As this is a Red Jacket facility, guests are allowed to use the pools, beach, etc at the other Red Jacket properties (5 in total).

The complimentary breakfast could use revisiting and changes. Most of the staff consisted of college kids most of them who were wonderful but some didn't seem to have all the info on the hotel and therefore were unable to help. I've been at this hotel for about 10 years now and was a bit disappointed this time around. Room was clean and well stocked but other facilities could use some sprucing up.

room was musty, and bathroom was a little dirty, but we loved the beach and pools. Staff was wonderful!

At first we had a problem with our room and we went to the desk to try to solve the problem and they were very helpful and actually upgraded us to one on the nicest rooms on the resort. And this resort I also feel is actually more kid friendly than the Red Jacket (another chain from them) where we stayed last year. Love the resort. It's clean and beautiful. They could just use a little upgrading on the rooms that's all!

Location is great. Rooms are a bit musty & out dated.

Hotel meet my expectation. Close proximity to the ocean was great. indoor & outdoor pool were nice. Rooms could use some updates.

Wonderful vacation place for family. Many things to do.

the riviera beach resort is in a fabulous location and on a lovely soft beach. the water was clear and calm for small children to swim in. the resort itself had really nice grounds--a great pool, grassy areas and a super beach. the staff were very informative, kind and attentive. the only complaint is that the rooms are REALLY dated. it reminded me of a hotel room i stayed in about 40 years ago...it was fairly clean but could really use a face lift. some new furniture from IKEA and new bedding would make this place a REAL gem.

Lots for kids, right on beach with indoor and outdoor pools.

Both Blue Water and Riviera resorts have the same amenities, the only difference being the evening dining Offered at Blue Water Resort. We’re pleased that you enjoyed your visit and look forward to welcoming you again!
