Worn out, dirty, and no parking.

.

Property has a beautiful beach and pool area. Easy to park and get around property. Finishings and furniture are a bit dated but clean. Needs some TLC to have it look like a higher end resort. Paint and new fixtures. The tile job in my shower looked like a child did it. More attention to detail would go along way.

Great location. Rooms are a little dated.

I have been visiting there for over 30 years and I am so disappointed some of the unique things that separated them from the rest are gone and on top of everything for the amount of money you pay for a room you have to also pay for parking for the vehicle that you take there which to me is absurd there was bugs in our room the rugs were dirty there was never enough towels at the beach we always have to wait for towels

A little pricey but worth the value a little irritating after you arrive they nickel and dime you by charging you an extra $25 a day to park when there is plenty of parking

Great location and friendly staff. However, the rooms are very over priced. The ocean view rooms don’t actually offer the view unless you walk out on the balcony and stand up. The view is not visible from inside the room or from the balcony while sitting. I can’t believe I paid so much for the room.

It was a great time. We used the beach and both pools. Kids had a great time. Food was good. Staff was really friendly and responsive. I can definitely see us visiting again.

It was a wonderful family friendly atmosphere

Property grounds very well kept. Room is dated, had a weird smell and is in need of work. Pillows were stained and had hair on them, requested new pillows and they never came. Location is great! But for the quality of the room I couldn’t justify paying $400 a night again.

Great location. Closed some area on the resort due to covid19.

location was perfect location was perfectlocation was

the hotel is right on the beach which is great!! The rooms are dated and we had some ants in our bathroom!!! Not worth the price

Great hotel. Nice breakfast. Super friendly staff. Easy access to the beach. Will be back.

Perfect destination for those with young children. There are two pools and the outdoor one is 3' or less in depth for more than half of the total area. This is great for small children who either can't swim or are learning. The pristine beach sits 10' off the backside of the pool so you can easily alternate between locations. They have a bar, chairs, towels and even sand box toys out on the beach so you don't need to lug stuff back and forth. The rooms are less than an minute from the pool so diaper changes, feedings, etc. are super convenient. Plenty of close by restaurants and attractions. Only issue is that the cell reception and wireless in the area are a bit spotty (that includes Yarmouth) so factor that in.

Rooms are clean and comfy, but it is the beach so smell a bit “damp” when closed up all day. Just a few steps from a beautiful beach where hotel staff will set up umbrella and lounge chairs per request. Decent beachside bar. Wonderful staff. My family had a great, relaxing time.

Disappointed that most amenities where at blue waters, might as well stay there.
