Worst hotel ever the shower was nasty unsafe the towels were even washed. They were dirty the bed smell nasty.

STAY AWAY! The hotel manager charged me for an additional person despite my reservation being for the correct number of people. He was very unreasonable and flat out refused to adjust the charge even though I showed him the reservation email confirming the number of occupants. Furthermore, there was no breakfast as advertised and the room (non-smoking) smelled like smoke. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. After the upcharge, I paid more than I would have if I’d stayed at one of the much nicer hotels across the street. I’d strongly recommend staying away from this hotel unless you have absolutely no other option.

This was horrible. After an 11 hour drive, we arrived late to check in (11pm). Wanting to just go to sleep. That did not happen. For some reason I was met with excuse after excuse why the night clerk could not give us the room we had already paid for online. He wanted 5 of us on one bed. I asked for him to call the owner and he said he was the owner. I told him I did not believe him. I had to literally beg so my kids could have a place to lay their heads. After an hour he finally gave us our room. I literally cried myself to sleep.

Check in was great and the hotel was a good place to stay for the price.

AC filter & coils so clogged with crud old smoke smell that unit won’t turn off & our allergies were triggered so in midnight I cleaned them the best I could with disinfectant spray - this made the air better Shower dripped at rate of several gallons @ Day! As a stockholder this greatly concerns me: customer dissatisfaction, water waste & cost & cost of replacement is much greater than repairing I!!!! PLEASE forward this company!!!

We stayed here one night while driving back home to Oswego Illinois from Marco Florida.

The guy in the office was rude, the rooms were hot and didn't smell the best, ants and roaches all over the building outside. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Over all this place just needs to be torn down and never rebuilt again. I would rate this "hotel" as a negative 5.

First of all the address was incorrect and was advertised as being across the street from where the motel really is. The Hotel host was unfriendly, tired and could tell she want excited about working. No pool as advertised in the photos on Orbits website. The breakfast was continental, full of carbohydrates and cheap! The room: Hole in the window curtain, dirty stained chair, carpet was smelly, dirty and needed replacing. Mattress was dirty saggy and I could feel the cheapness with every turn while sleeping. No toilet paper holder, no plug for the tub. Missing dial for the microwave. Missing glass plate for the microwave. The sink drain wouldn’t work properly either. No directions in hotel room as to where the ice machine was. Poor nights rest for $62.00

The hotel staff was extremely friendly; check in was incredibly quick and easy. The room was basic and OK; the shower in my room didn't work well but you could make do. Definitely worth the price paid.

Was a beautiful view to the mountains and hotel was nice and clean and bathroom was clean as well

We booked a room and the staff quickly got us situated with a room on the lower floor as my wife has a hard time climbing stairs. The room was very nice and clean and was perfect for a quick, cheap, pleasant place to stay without worrying about the neighborhood. Quick access to gas and food made this an easy off, easy on stop on our long trip!

I booked this room while traveling home from Florida. All I needed was a bed to rest so we could finish the trip. I found the clerk that checked us in was terribly rude. She told me that she didn't have me on her list- what happened was I arrived before the confirmation from [...]. The bed was not comfortable and the shower needed to have new sealant. If I had to choose, this would NOT be my first choice.

Front desk was very nice but this place is dirty. The bathroom floor had a lot of dirt on the edges and they definitely don't wash the bed covers. The sheets are the cheapest scratchy feeling kind that you can buy. All I can say is ick!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly; check in was incredibly quick and easy. The room was basic and OK; the shower in my room didn't work well but you could make do. Definitely worth the price paid.
