Very easy check in and check out. The room was super comfortable and homey and has great views! We loved all of the details, as well as the amenities included! Would definitely rebook this condo!!

All of our knives were rusted so we could not use them. We also had black mold in our air vents, and the water did not work properly. The floors were very dirty as well. The view was nice and the beds worked for sleeping, but not as nice as they put it out to be.

The inside of the condo was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with nice dishes and all utensils, pots and pans we needed. The view was really nice. On the down side, there was almost no water pressure in the sinks of the primary bedroom. Luckily, the shower was fine. The closet in the primary was full of rugs, pillows, beach chairs and baskets. We had to move some things out to hang our clothes. The second bedroom had a closet, but it was full of pillows and did not have a rod to hang clothes. The building itself was dreary, especially the elevators, which were dark and dirty. The hot tub and the pool were not clean and two of the chairs at the bar were broken and we had to point that out to the bartender. The grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The foyer was clean, and but modestly welcoming - no chairs and couches to gather and/or visit.

Amazing stay can’t wait to go back!!

Had an amazing time. The condo was amazing and beautiful, by far the most kitchen and bedding available from most other rentals I have stayed in. The easiest by far check out/clean up process . Will definitely stay there again. Wish the towel exchange would have been on property but other then that 5STARS

Perfect Beach Stay

The condo had a great beachy vibe and was well appointed with necessary kitchen cookware (including metric measuring). We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning and slept comfortably each night. It was the perfect amount of space for 4 of us to spread out. Especially appreciate the additional excursions sent for us to consider, since we didn't know the area. Check in and out instructions were clear and easy. Many thanks for a memorable trip!

Amazing Vacation

The views from the balcony are amazing! The bed was very comfy. Everything was wonderful! My husband and I had a nice relaxing vacation. The condo has everything you need and the rental company was great! They made check in really easy and everyone was really nice. Will definitely come back!

Check in process was a nightmare. They couldn’t find our reservation. Sent us to a different property. Has to call the number and put front desk clerk on line. Was getting concerned that we wouldn’t have a place to stay. View was awesome and the launch of space x a plus. Didnt realize we would be able to see it from our balcony. Kitchen was great and bedrooms were nice

This is a great property! We had a great time! Very clean, pics are exactly what u get. We would definitely recommend this condo. We always stay at a saida property but never this condo. It is the nicest one we have had in 9 years. (They were all great not taking bad this was just the best one so far) very secure safe property with plenty to do rite there on the grounds. Thank u for a great relaxing week!!

The resort was nice, the parking was horrible but we went during midsummer when everyone normally goes. The apt smelled moldy but what can you say, its super humid out there!!!

Overall the experience was great! Only complaint would be the fact floor were so sandy and no vacuum for us to clean them. Also a mop and bucket would be nice along with vacuum so we can clean up with any small mess we may have made. We swept and did all laundry daily. Would definitely return just suggestions on what I would do if it was my place. Again thank you for a fun family vacation in your beautiful neck of the woods .

We thought the condo was nicely furnished, the beds and linens were also nice. The kitchen was well stocked and everything we needed worked fine. Now for the not so nice - the bathrooms had not been cleaned or sanitized, with the primary one full of hair. We called but were told no one could come till the next day. Not a great start to our stay. The balcony was really small with too much furniture. Not one of the best VRBO rentals but we still had a great time.

Pros: I loved the main living area, kitchen, master bedroom. The furniture was gorgeous. The open concept and natural light from the windows with an amazing view was breathtaking. Utensils available. Cool telescope for closer views. Great location right off the elevator, which was super convenient. Was able to add 2 more guests to the itinerary quickly (even though they didn’t end up coming), I appreciated the fast response. Bed was very comfortable. Cons: The guest bedroom seemed more of an after-thought. Very run down, broken/worn doors and stained walls with super mildewy shower curtain that needs replaced. Some of cabinets/doors wouldn’t stay shut. The patio furniture needs replaced due to being very dingy and worn down. There were door stoppers without the rubbers and a ring on the coffee table (those weren’t too bad, just had to be careful). The fridge didn’t really look “cleaned”. Knives were pretty much useless and dull. Could’ve used more clarification on check-in. Didn’t use any of the codes, was told by front desk they just gave us card-keys, so I was very confused about that process. The AC instructions/limits of needing to keep the guest bedroom at 72 degrees were not anywhere on the booking description. A little pricey for the season and the guest bedroom being run down. All in all, lovely place, I wouldn’t mind booking there again. The Pros more heavily weighted against the Cons. I think the guest bedroom “feel” and cleanliness would be my major concern.

Great place & location

This is my second stay in the Saida Royale complex and first time in this unit. The complex is older, like many in S. Padre but we really like it. Three pools, hot tubs, tiki hut, pickleball court and all on the beach! Lots of restaurants close by.The unit is great as the 2 bdrm/2 bath gives my friend and I our own spaces. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was very clean. The difference from this visit vs my last is this time I needed to check in w/ the property management company. It all went smooth just something to be aware of as it’s not on the property. Read the information that you receive because we also realize they didn’t provide any beach towels which the other unit I rented did so we made sure to bring some with us one nice thing that they did provide was some beach chairs which we did use.All in all the place worked out really great for our needs and we will definitely go back!
