The location and view were beautiful but that's where it stopped. I completed all the forms online and got a confirmation that I was good to go. The agency called me the day of to tell me that a form wasn't completed that needed to be done 48 hours prior to check in. I asked if this changed the reservation, they said no, but I had to go to the office to complete it prior to check in. 5 of the 6 beds felt like the coils were poking through and had huge dips/sagging. We had 3 people staying there for a week. They provided towels that were stained or muddy when unfolded, it was gross. And when I asked for replacements the agency said I had to bring them to their office. When I asked for more soap and shampoo& conditioner they refused so I had to go buy my own. The marble in the shower is broken and sharp. The tub was great but the water was green with a musty odor and wouldn't get hot. I'm extending my stay at the sapphire again but this time with another company and different condo.
