Great location right on Kīhei. Great walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants coffeeshops etc within walking distance

When we got to the room it was clean, but don’t leave any fruit or food out small ants take over, and there’s no air conditioning in the hotel rooms, you will need to leave windows open and screen door closed on patio door to be able to have a breeze. The pool was very deep (8’) it was a nice pool tho.

If there isn’t a wedding going on watch the sunset from the front lawn area by the old ice cream truck. Better view than from the birdcage. More open and less blockage. Great high end vibe.

Great communication with owner. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen size sofa bed. Air conditioner unit in the living room only. The plenty of dish and cook wear. Washer and dryer in unit. Beach is literally across the street and 2 others on both sides. Kamaole I beach has best water clarity for snorkeling. Building 10 is super quiet.

The seating at the pool is a huge problem. They do not have enough seats and will remove your items if you do not go back to your seat once every hour. One employee actually admitted to throwing our items away, instead of holding them as they’re supposed too. This is hard considering there are many different pools and the expansive size of the pool and beach area. You have to wait in a long line for pool towels. My room did not get cleaned the first day so I reached out and it was then clean every other day. They would restock the coffee pods but not the creamers so I had to ask for that. Honestly very let down considering the price.
