This was our very favorite family two night getaway. All of the staff, in the hotel, restaurant and indoor water park were very nice and helpful! We had a suite, which made it easy to eat breakfast in the room, hit the park for a bit, then change up and go see other attractions in and around Lake George. I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to cleanliness and due diligence of the indoor water park. While we were there we saw them running a drill and they had to quickly remove guests from the lazy river after a boy had cut his arm. Things happen, so it was good to know that they handled incidents quickly and correctly.

More tubes for the Lazy River. Why is the lazy river shallow in some areas? I think it should be the same depth all around, due to the change in depth my wife and son both scraped their arms. Room was warm, beds were soft. Overall a good experience:)

We love the park. The room was great as far as the condition it was in food was good. Biggest issue was a noise problem at night trying to sleep the first night there were people running around upstairs above us when I called the front desk it didn’t seem to matter the second night we had even more of an issue with the neighbors next to us having a verbal and physical fight occurring in their room with a lot of screaming in a lot of noise in the middle of the night several calls made to security downstairs. It took over three hours for them to resolve this problem by that it was after 2:30 in the morning and it was disturbing to my grandchildren to hear this. I will say the next morning I did discuss this with the front desk manager, and she was much more attentive and did assure me that they were working on a resolve and I was not the only one who had reported the noise despite the person who I talk to the night before making it sound like it was me they did come through and comped us a night free for the future

A night without sleep. Walls are super thin you could hear everything. There were several kids and adults running the hallways and yelling around midnight.

Room was clean, door wouldnt shut all the way though. Had to really pull to shut it and push with your body hard to open it, maintenance couldnt repair it and the place was packed. Water park was cold

The room was not very big but the staff were very nice and the water park was fun! The food there is good and there is a Starbucks on site. Breakfast buffet was on the smaller side and 17 dollars a person but the food was good there too.
