Hotel has a lot of great amenities for a family stay. It is a bit outdated, but it appears they are working to remodel. Rooms are spacious and staff was friendly and helpful. Of course the onsite water park and theme park just a short walk across the parking lot are a great bonus. Lake George is just a short 10 minute drive.

The hotel it's ok, so much fun at the water park but not fun with the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable! My family and I didn't have a good night sleep, we wake up with back pain...Ugh! Just because of that, I am not coming back.

I come here yearly with my children. We usually go in the summer for 3 nights. We did not go this summer so we decided to spend one night in October. They had trick or treating for the kids, meet and greets with some characters, waterpark was great as usual!

Pool.was ok, no buggies when we left, had to hump family of 4 down 4 flights of stairs as the the elevator was jammed, very slow service at both restaurants, and not accepting cash is a reason not to return
