Provides what you need for a nights stay. Clean amd comfortable room, good brakfast, a simple pool to play with kids in. Close to restaurants, supermarket, bank and gas.

I have stayed in this hotel twice for business and had a decent experience both times. The reality is this is a lower end hotel but it is in decent condition, kept clean, and includes breakfast. I really have no complaints.

It would have been nice to know that the lobby is under construction BEFORE booking and arriving. It smelled of paint, sawdust and cigarette smoke walking in. Breakfast was in a hotel room. There was only room for 3 small tables, which were full both mornings. The electricity kept going out in that room our first morning! The bathroom had a huge crack in the ceiling. The rooms were pretty dated. Also the entrance and exit to the hotel is behind a gas station. They are both one way only but not clearly marked, this is slightly dangerous for those arriving after dark!! We will be staying somewhere else on our next visit. The only redeeming quality was the staff was really nice : )

It is quiet and clean. It's location is great for travelers. I would stop again if I had the chance.

This was a great hotel to stay at when there was a game in South Bend causing other hotel rates to be to high to stay there

Checking in and out was very fast, the staff was friendly. The room was Clean and the bed was amazing. There was a ton of restaurants on the same street. The only complaint is that the walls are thin and I heard allot of thumping and bangs from upstairs and next to me..

Unfortunately, the indoor pool was not heating correctly, one of the reasons we went to this particular hotel. So the very helpful staff helped us book at a nearby hotel with a working indoor pool, and gave us a full refund. As long as the pool was in working order, I would absolutely there again. The decor and rooms were lovely.

I was very pleased with my experience at this Best Western Hotel. The location is convenient. The room was larger than expected. The staff was very professional. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean but the pool.was closdd for upgrades (main reason for choosing this hotel) and the hotel was located behind a gas station! Not very attractive nor was the guest who parked his RV in the parking lot and was camping out there! The bathroom was clean but the shampoo provided was in the form of a wall dispenser in the shower. We would have preferred the.mini travel soaps. Unfortunately, I've been to better Best Westerns and my family was very disappointed. Next time we will stay at one of the hotels across the street.

From the outside and lobby this was your typical Best Western. Upon entering the decor was very dated and typical. The first thing I noticed was that the alarm clock was flashing which to me shows a lack of attention to details. The bed was clean and neatly arranged. My other complaints were the hours of the pool, 10am to 10pm. The hours for breakfast were from 5am to 9am. Overall I don;t think i would stay at this hotel and would seriously think about staying with this chain again.

Comfortable beds in a really spacious clean room made for a pleasant overnight. Surprisingly full breakfast bar - even some hot items: sausage and scrambled eggs and your own belgian waffles. Good coffee! Very good value.

We stayed at the Best Western, for three days for a family event, and sight seeing. The front deskstaff was amazing and let us check in early after our 15 hour drive, we just couldn't be in a car anymore. The room was nice two queen beds, hair dryer, fridge, coffee maker, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a small indoor pool which did the trick for us to get cool. Their is also a small weiht room. The breakfast in the morning is mainly muffins, toast, waffle, cereal, bisquit, and coffee, juice, and milk, but our last morning there was sausage and egg. We were close to many things to do like the heritage trail, and to visit Notre Dame, also many restaurants to choose from on a daily basis for lunch and dinner, we would stay here again if ever back in Indiana.

place was so clean, staff so helpful and nice, excellent value for the price, better than expected

I found the staff friendly and helpful with dining reccomedations. The hotel was quiet, clean, and close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast included fresh fruit. My only complaint is that, while I requested a non-smoking room, and believe I did receive one, there was still a lingering smoke odor.

very relaxing pool, rooms clean and comfortable, staff very attentive and helpful with directions, suggesting restaurants , location was great, close to shopping, dining, and business areas. back far enough from the main roads to keep noise down. Excellent hotel to stay at ,family or business stays

was down in the area on business with some co workers. This hotel had everything we needed! very bright and clean. Staff more than happy to suggest local restaurants, which were all in walking distance or a very short drive. The pool was very relaxing and sparkling clean. The breakfast bar had a good assortment for a continental breakfast, danishs, ceraaaal hot and cold, egg and sausage on a bun fresh fruit, good coffee. All in all I would go back and have put this place in our office memo for the place to stay at when in the area!,

Was easy access from highway, reasonably price, well managed, no hastle in and out.

For the rate the hotel was very nice. The desk clerks were friendly and the morning desk clerk let me borrow her lighter because mine blew up. She even tried to find me one. My only complaint is that the bed and the pillows were hard.

We had no time to take in any of the amenities at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was polite. Pleasantly surprised to have eggs and sausage for breakfast.

Great location for Notre Dame football...clean, quiet and the staff were very helpful.
