Room was clean on arrival, they accommodated my late arrival with an easy email to notify them a few days prior. Cleaning crew came by when I was still in my room and when I stepped out she was nice enough to ask if I needed servicing. Cannot comment on breakfast as I did not get up early enough and however I could smell it in the mornings and say some stragglers chowing it up in the morning. For a 4 star cheaper hotel it did just fine and everyone was very pleasant

Mostly a great experience. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast exceeded expectations....great coffee, hot eggs, crispy bacon, warm cinnamon rolls. Room was very hot. We turned it off but the room was still hot and we needed to use air conditioner for comfort. Good location and convenient location to Providence event. Nice staff.

The property was in a good location. The problems we had were loud room next to us until 1:30 am. We couldn’t sleep. Secondly, teenagers would go to the free breakfast and take virtually all the food to their rooms and my wife and I had no options left. The coffee was excellent but the coffe supplies ran out!

The hotel was having trouble with hot water. I had a cold shower in the morning and the tub drain did not work well, either. The manager helped by allowing my daughter to have a hot shower in another room - so customer service was great, but my cold shower was a real bummer...

We arrived for a 3 night stay on our honeymoon tour of New England, only to find the hotel had overbooked itself and were not prepared to let us stay. We had booked 10 months in advance so there really was no excuse for this. The receptionist sent us to their 'sister hotel' Best Western, suggesting it was similar to the Holiday Inn. On our arrival there, it was awful - not only tired, but filthy and our room carpet smelt of a thousand sweaty feet. If you want to guarantee you'll have a room available to stay in, don't book this Holiday Inn. And if you arrive to find they're sending you to the Best Western, decline their offer to transfer you - book yourself somewhere else. In addition, Expedia Customer service kept me on the phone for just under an hour and essentially accused me of lying, before finally someone called the hotel and spoke to the receptionist standing in front of me to confirm they were overbooked and I needed refunding. Shocking service from both Holiday Inn and Expedia.
