Such a wonderful setting tucked away amongst the vineyards just north of Solvang. Very quiet, peaceful & scenic. The loft apartment was well appointed, clean & comfortable. We had a great time. Thank you Norma.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The driving directions were easy to follow and only about 10 minutes drive from downtown Solvang. Wineries nearby too. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. We were provided with a bottle of wine and some chocolate. Coffee and water was also provided. We thought this was very generous and welcoming. We stayed five nights. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends too.

This is a magical place. Set in a wonderful spot surrounded by vineyards. It was quiet, and relaxing. It was perfectly located for our visits to surrounding Santa Rita Hills AVA vineyard as well as Santa Barbara and the ocean. The loft was beautiful and pristine. The directions were great, (I would recommend not trying it at night) and check in/out was easy. It was as of the hosts anticipated every need. Love it!

Solvang area vineyard property

The vineyard property is very nice. Clean, roomy for 4 and private.Nice kitchen (has pretty much everything you'd have at home) Shower pressure is a bit light and bathroom is tight, but well stocked with towels and toiletries.TV does not have normal cable programming (re aired and off brand news, sports and other programming. It has various apps (Netflix YouTube etc), but the sign is are too much work/dead end/pretty much impossible. That leaves you more or less stuck with less than ideal tv programming. The host is very nice and the information booklet is very informative.The 4pm check in 10am check out is a bit inconvenient and makes you feel rushed. Also, while you're paying a not insignificant cleaning fee you're being "kindly reminded" of the "clean up rules" the evening before departure. I understand that this is commonplace in the vacation rental app industry but while the messaging of the Hilton Hotels commercials is snarky it kind of rings true.That being said vacation rentals are a good alternative in Solvang and other localities in the California Central Coast and I'd do this one again with the hopes that they install regular cable tv.

Tranquil location and comfortable accommodations. It was easy to get to location - but follow Norma's directions. We loved the drive to the apartment and seeing the cows and horses along the hillsides. Sitting on the upper deck with wine watching the sunset was fabulous. It gets pitch dark at night which was perfect for star gazing. 10min to restaurant's and grocery and a hop skip to the winery's. We can't wait to go back and visit. Thank you Norma and Joe for beautiful weekend.

This property is amazing. Quiet, and off the beaten path set on a working vineyard, yet only 5 minutes to downtown Solvang. Norma and Joe have thought of your every need, from the very nice bottle of wine upon arrival, to the Nespresso coffee pods for your morning coffee. The accommodations are wonderful. We will definitely be returning to the loft apartment on our next visit.

quiet location with vineyard views

First time staying in the Solvang area versus SY or Los Olivos. The location was very convenient for wine tasting both up Foxen Canyon Road, downtown Los Olivos as well as west of the 101 on Santa Rosa Rd. Very centrally located. The loft was super clean, spacious, with a comfortable living room, table for eating, and kitchen for any cooking you may want to do. The host provided ground coffee, Nespresso pods, tea, half and half and even bottled water. I appreciate when extra effort is made to provide for a relaxing morning with everything we need. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place! Perfect for a relaxing weekend!

Directions were great. Had no issues, even driving at night. Everything is set up to be very welcoming. It’s comfortable, roomy, very clean and feels like home. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay a week or the weekend! Close to town and the wineries. We plan to come back as soon as we can!

Beautiful and cozy apartment

It was my first time visiting Solvang with my family. My husband, teenage daughter, and I enjoyed how clean and well furnished the apartment is. The hosts make sure to make our stay memorable and comfortable.

Wine Tasting Trip

What an amazing place! Was better than expected. Norma thought of every detail. The place is beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable, great-bedding and towels awesome! Fully equipped with anything you need! Will definitely come back again.
