Good place to stay with family. Staff was helpful and friendly. However , the hot tub was down for routine maintenance which was unfortunate as that was a big reason we chose to stay here. IMO it'd make more sense to do maintenance during a week day rather than on the weekend. Pool area and kids play place area was very dimly lit making it hard for the kids to navigate. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Overall good experience that could have been better with some minor details.

We booked through Expedia. We arrived at Holiday Inn Express, Brandon SD at 8pm and looked forward to using the hot tub. Front desk didn't let us know that was not operable. We checked into our room went down to the pool and there's a note on the door to pool. Like the front desk couldn't let us know. That is a part of our room rental. We got taken. Why don't the hotels and Expedia communicate that Goodness I know many IT people that say that could absolutely be done. Wow FYI guess guests need to check ahead of time that you get what you pay for. Really shouldn't have to

Convenient location!

Located right off I90, perfect for our stay on the road as this was just an overnight stop on a longer trip. HIE always has a great breakfast, plus there was complimentary beer & wine when we arrived which we enjoyed after a long day on the road. Will stay here again if we are traveling thru the area.

The construction around the interstate made it extremely hard to find our way to the entrance in the dark. Once inside, the gal at the front desk was so wonderful and kind. The room was good and the breakfast was awesome! We will come back again, but please finish the construction.

I have no complaints about my stay. The hotel is safe, quiet and really nice rooms. Excellent customer service from the front desk staff, dining staff and house keeping. Breakfast options were on point! I’ll give my stay a 5 plus. I most definitely will recommend this place.
