When checking in front staff was not friendly at all. One word answers, no smile, felt like e were an inconvenience, disturbing her evening. There was an Oder in the entrance & hall. But it was nothing compared to the stench in the room. It was so bad I slept very little. The bed was ok, but the pillows were so flat it was like not even having one at all. Even though our stay was in the middle of December we had to have the a/c on all night. No air flow and made the room uncomfortably stuffy & hot. Not a good combination with the stench of the room. Very poor experience.

Staff was great, made sure I got a room that works for me. Very friendly. Breakfast was GREAT. Lots of options and every option tasted great only critique is the pool. I swam to the deep end and went to stand up and didnt realize the wall came up on the end and hit my feet.
