We stayed on the lower floor. It was nice that we were close to the back door so we didn't have to haul our luggage too far. The room was very clean and very comfortable. It had everything someone would need. There was a nice variety of food and drink at the market in the lobby. Although it was close to the interstate, we really didn't hear it. The only problem we had was that the people on the floor above us were very noisy and walked around all night. It was very annoying and we weren't able to get to sleep very easily. We understand this is not the hotels fault and would chose to stay on the top floor next time. Our tub also didn't drain very fast but it was not to big of an issue for us to say anything. The breakfast buffet in the morning going was magnificent! A nice variety of choices! And it was filled and clean! The pool and spa were well kept and the temperatures were great too! Great front desk staff and a shoutout to Doug in maintenence for helping us out! Thank you for a great stay on our Anniversary!

Our team from Omaha came for the weekend and had a great stay. The young gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond to secure roll away beds for multiple rooms. He was always doing something to help guests. Tami the woman in charge of breakfasts made sure to always have plenty of food available as well as coffee, etc. all were very friendly and helpful.

I am very sad to say that I had a very disappointed stay at this hotel.. We stayed one nigh, and I left a very expensive Eco Citizen watch on a night stand by accident of coarse. When I got home and noticed I had forgotten it, I called the hotel and it took three times of me calling throughout the day for a manager to get back to me.... She told me they were unable to find the watch, really it was left on the night stand! I asked if it was possible someone of their staff could have taken it, she said it was a young man who cleaned the room I stayed in and he would have no idea what to do with an expensive watch 🤔 It is very sad and disheartening that people can't be more honest and helpful... Needless to say I will never be making a return visit to this hotel.

This is our go to place when spending extended time in Sioux Falls. The staff is friendly and helpful. We always stay on the top floor so noise is limited. Parking is plentiful, access to major highways is easy, and the location is convenient to numerous restaurants and things to do. We live this place.

PROs - Amazing service from staff -- front desk reception, break room, and breakfast staff were all top notch - Comfortable and clean rooms - close to shopping - free wifi - feee breakfast - convenient location CONs - nothing significant

It might be Sioux Falls, but the staff at the Residence Inn were very nice and very helpful. The hotel itself was pretty typical of a Residence Inn. The room had a nice kitchen, big refrigerator and microwave, all of which I did not use during the 3 days I stayed there. It could have used a luggage rack, because there was no place to set your suitcase. But it had a big couch and nice desk area. I was a bit cold in the room and was not inclined to pull out the comforter in the bag in the closet. Maybe they make the beds with comforters starting in November? An extra blanket would have been welcome.

Our stay was very nice other than feeling as if our ceiling was going to crash down on us every time the person in the room above us walked. I have never heard floor boards/ceiling creak like that before. NO sleep for my family after 5am. It was awful!

I arrived pregnant and very exhausted from a long drive. I was greeted by very helpful and friendly Kacy (sp?). My family were guests of the day so we were given small gifts, which my kids loved. Kacy gave me everything I needed. From extra towels to cups of milk. She even offered an extra pillow for my legs to help with my very pregnant tummy. The following night (Peyton?) offered to cook my pizza in their oven. He even brought it finished to my room. EVERY time I needed cups of milk he gladly gave me some. Breakfast ends at 9:00 but the staff won't clean up until you are ready- not when they want to go home. This was nice because I've dealt with nazi staff at a different hotel. Beds are sooooo comfortable! Pillows- WOW WOW! Clean place and across from a massive mall, which was a bonus.

Great location and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were a kind of tiny and a bit dated. The hotel is very close to the interstate and to shopping/dining. The courteous staff and wonderful breakfast, made this a great option for a quick weekend getaway.

Stayed here on our way to Kansas City. Nice location with shopping mall next door. Numerous restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and beds were very comfortable. Right next to interstate but heard no noise.
